We stayed in Hotel Novi Sad in late October as part of a tour group. The location is good, close to the bus and train station. The old town is a brisk 25 minute walk away but taxis (from the rank across the road from the hotel)are reasonable. We paid about 2.5Euro for a one way trip (metered) but it...

The welcome was friendly, the room was modern and functional with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was fine. The self service cappuccino machine at breakfast was a nice touch. The wi fi and air conditioning worked well, and our non-smoking room – and even the corridor outside – was free of any smoke smell. An issue to note, however, is...

I have just returned from Novi Sad in Serbia. We really enjoyed the hotel Novi Sad and the staff were brilliant. The only bad point was the hard bed and pillow. I actually like a firm bed but this was very hard and not comfortable.

It is unknown to me how the hotels get their stars [i have my suspicions] but this hotel is NOWHERE NEAR 4* that it proudly features at the entrance [and on booking sites]. So, don't be fooled, unless you believe that LCD TV makes a 4* hotel, avoid this one. Where to start? Social-realist lobby with receptionist who cant take...

I travelled with a group from Ireland and stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. It has an excellent central location, just across the road from the main train station and in the heart of the new city.. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did their best to make sure that we had a great trip. The bedrooms...

I was here, as a part of the bigger group. I got a room on a 2nd flor. There was disgusting smell all over the place. Clean sheets and towels but the smell was unbelievable. First morning my bathroom was flooded. I told that to the stuff from the reception desk, but they did nothing for the next 7 days....
