Very good value for the price paid, including breakfast and onsite parking (though tight to get into, the staff opened the side gate so I could enter). The location is perfect just at the edge of the old town, and the staff are very friendly. The room is dated and could use a refurbishment, but it's just fine - cheap and cheerful.

Hotel was situated two minutes from the heart of the old town, well within a short stroll from all bars and restaurants. Room was spotless and hotel even provided free parking which is a big bonus in an old town like Mostar. Breakfast was offered but we never tried it. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. Would stay again!

It is very hot right now in Mostar, almost 100 degrees. Our original room had a balcony with a panoramic view of the city. Under normal circumstances, we would have loved it. However, the AC was broken. We were offered a choice of rooms, a balcony room on a top floor, or a room right next door. As we were wiped out from our day of touring Mostar in the extreme heat, we took the room next door. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and the establishment is well run and very clean. And the AC in our room works great!

We were a big group staying the big apartment with a beautiful view. We had a lot of request to which the staff responded very proffesional and friendly. The service was great, the place modern and clean and the staff very welcoming.

Without wanting to damn it with faint praise, this is simply a good, honest hotel in the centre of Mostar with good rooms, a nice breakfast and very welcoming and helpful staff. Worth trying to get a balcony view over the old town.

I let the Deny know that i would arrive Mostar after midnight. It was no problem for them, they waited for me so i could have a check-in at 2.30 a.m. Thank you! The room was clean. Deny also have a very good location, not far from the famous bridge. The staff always met me with a smile. This is a good Place and represent good value..

My friend I were on a trip across Eastern Europe and this stop was our midway point and perfect spot for looking for laundry services, which for those familiar, is pretty sparse. This hotel sold us with the advertising for laundry services. Overall after seeing Mostar, this is by far the nicest hotel that I saw and was within walking distance to most everything you'd want to see. It is a cab ride or a mile and half walk to the bus station as our most hotels and trust me, you don't want to stay near the bus station. We stayed one night. The room was clean and as is common, we had two double beds. As for the laundry service itself, fair warning, they only do it in the morning and it is an extra 10$ fee (roughly) but they went above and beyond to have it done for our noon departure.

Awesome location, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast and spectacular views. This motel is comfortable, clean, and easily accessible. I cannot recommend this highly enough. It is in a top location to The Old Town. I am leaving early in the morning, on a bus, and have just had a breakfast/lunch pack delivered. A suggestion by the receptionist. She has gone above and beyond.

Motel Deny is a great value hotel located within steps of the Old Town area and bridge. There's free parking onsite. The rooms are reasonable size and clean. For those who have been in Split and/or Dubrovnik, I recommend a detour here for a day or two to experience Mostar, nearby Počitelj and Kravica Waterfall. Herzegovina hotels are probably 75% less than those two popular Croatian cities.
