The hotel looks very good. The room was big, clean and modern. The only disadvantage was that the windows kept making noise all the time. I suppose that the temperature difference was the cause of their constant cracking noises.

This is our second time to stay here , last time was in January 2020. After dinner in the nearby restaurant complex, we chose on the spot to take nap in Noris hotel, as previously we stayed there, even it was not so pleasant last time with the floor carpet smell. Took two rooms, 401&403. This time was not that smelling bad, seems they take note from before, Checking was fast and pleasant, the receptionist was professional. We came around midnight as walk in. Left at morning 7am. Descent hotel in quiet area in Plovdiv.

Stayed for a week in Plovdiv. Super location just a 15 minute walk along a quiet street to the city centre. The place couldn't be any cleaner. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Great breakfast. Would recommend for leisure or business.

I have visited the place often in the past few years. My latest visit was terrible, staff was extremely rude to me and my family to a point where they insulted us. I have always loved supporting local business but I will definitely not visit the place again. I guess staff are frustrated because of low salaries or lack of manners. They have definitely lost a regular client (this happened June 11th, around 18:30, in case anyone wonders whether it was a recent experience).

The hotel was clean, the lobby/bar area seems modern and "trendy," but once you get upstairs to the room you realize they've tried too hard. The rooms are clean and spacious, the largest we'd seen in Plovdiv, but the decor was awful. The room we stayed in was a hideous pink color with zebra print furniture a la the 1980s. The bed was hard and the room's air conditioning could not cool the room. We were hot all night and got very little sleep. You could forget opening the windows because the hotel is in a very noisy part of town. There is also no safe in the room to keep valuables while you are away. I was glad we only stayed one night.

Our second review. Just as good as last time. See our last review. This hotel is managed well. The reception staff are excellent. The restaurant staff vary from excellent to quite good. One girl is especially good.Excellent breakfasts. Rooms are clean, big and the best resourced in any hotel we have seen anywhere. Nice and warm in the winter. In the summer it would be better to take breakfast outside unless you like disco dance music for breakfast. On a Saturday night we discovered that the walls or ceilings are quite thin and if you have a noisy neighbour you will hear them. But we would go again.

This was the best hotel we had stayed in in Bulgaria till now. We chose this one because of the reviews and stayed for four nights. We took the junior suite, which was a fortunate choice. It was clean and big and very comfortable. Everything you could ask for. Lovely bathroom and very modern. Compared with many hotels in Bulgaria this is one of the best. Really this room is as good as anything in Western Europe. Very friendly and helpful reception. Everyone speaks English. Breakfast is a good choice. So, any negatives. Just one - the 'music'. The restaurant places heavy disco music almost all of the time. You cannot hear it from the third floor where we stayed. But imagine having breakfast to a heavy thudding beat. This is why we eat our main meals elsewhere. In the heat of the summer a room on the top floor is a good choice as you have a huge verandah. e.g. 601. Despite the music I have given the hotel 5 stars, because younger people might enjoy it. Oh, it is also a pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre.

Excellent hotel. I stayed in two different opportunities and all I can say is that I liked a lot... the staff was superb, the rooms are large and modern, it has free wifi with a very strong signal in the rooms and bar... The outdoor bar is great in summer, breakfast is very good and drinks are very reasonably priced, waitresses are pretty and very kind, most of them speak English enough to take an order and do small talk. Although it is not in downtown, a taxi is not very expensive and I was taken to a couple of night clubs within walking distance..

This 3-star family owned hotel is situated in the central part of the city, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the main shopping street and also close to the "old Plovdiv" - the famous heritage and historic old part of the city. It offers to its guests twelve double rooms, three luxury double rooms six apartments as well as wellness and beauty studio on the second floor. All the rooms are air-conditioned and relatively big in size and have either a king size bed or separate beds plus a flat screen TV, wireless internet connection and a mini bar. I would recommend the rooms on the sixth floor with their big terraces and nice views at the city, but not during the summer when it's getting really hot there. The prices are about average for such a hotel in Plovdiv - the price per night for a double room with breakfast included is 79 BGN (around 40 EUR) if there is just one guest or 89 BGN (45 EUR) if there would be two persons in the room (I found this a little bit strange, because you pay per room usually). The staff is polite, but not as kind as I expected to be especially when I checked out. I would recommend this small hotel to all guests of Plovdiv as offering good quality accommodation for reasonable price.
