Our inclusive family was bad from start. Arrived early hours and asked for water and little milk for our morning beverage and was told no ⁹shop next door opens at 7am, just aswell no kettle in our kitchen. Took shoes of to go to bed then went to bathroom and had to wash my feet before getting into bed floors so dirty. Room had old tissues under bed, they change our room after not believing photos and witnessing what they saw. Only herbal tea. No lemonade or coke allinclusive. No pool side food including icecream only between 3-4 which was cucumber rolls and icecream. No bottle water only from pump. Allinclusive alcohol was Vodka, scotch, white rum, martini and lager but as I said pay for mixers coke lemonade. Bar closes at 10pm. The pool was nice but have to pay for pool towels which was advertised as free pool towels. Pool opens a 9am but closes at 5pm which is still a hot time of day and want to take the most of the sun so back to our room to sit in the only thing that I can say was good was the aircon. Food not good, managed to survive on salad and fruit. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Only rated 1 for the pool.…
Hotel setting away from hustle & bustle of the town, so perfect for families or couples who don’t want to experience the party scene of Golden Sands. Approx 10 mins to beach, walking down hill. Room ok, cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Pool is probably the best aspect of this hotel, it is kept clean and quite spacious. You have to pay 2 Lv for “mattress” for sun lounger around pool area. Food is okay but not catered for people with special dietary requirements. There is always salads and mediocre hot food, always different everyday though. Variety of cold and hot drinks also and bread available. Would stay again if in area.
Great hotel for its price. Hotel itself is not massive therefore no struggle to find a table for breakfast or sun lounge by the pool. Goes quiet in the evening, which is great if you are not there to party every night. staff is great! ever so friendly and doing their best to help. One thing to get used to, is that you don't get "over nice", they all very normal. it may look like poor customer service, but this is Bulgaria :) overall the food was good, most of it was "home made" type of dishes, not a lot of choice, but you wouldn't go hungry.a lot of places for children to play, without leaving hotel. I had a 4 year old with me, it was handy to be able to keep an eye on her whilst sunbathing, as the play ground is right by the pool. Must point out that cocktails are sooooo strong! you could easily make 3 by the amount of spirits they use for one cocktail. definitely no tightness on this :) overall a good 4*…
A nice hotel but a few negatives to go with it. We stayed at the end of the season and so the last few days the staff where packing things up I.e sun beds, umbrellas, table and chairs even cutlery! When the table and chairs where packed guests had limited space where to sit, food became bland and limited. Soft drinks where mostly fizzy, water, coffee, tea, orange or sour cherry. The room itself was a good size and cleaned every day. A lot of storage space, but needs more hangers on the wardrobes. I had to change my towel every day as I seem to get the ones with stains/dried food on. Bit of a walk to the beach specially when the paths are not flat.
The hotel is not a 4* hotel. The beach is far and you have to claim a lot of stairs. The room is not bad, food is acceptable. Overall I won't come back here. The pool is good but they don't offer beach towels....again a 4* hotel should have all this services included.
