The receptionist is outstandingly kind and helpful. She brought ventilators for each of our room!! The location is excellent. It is near the center but very quite. The building is old but the furniture is in good shape and the rooms are spacious. Good wifi. A . In all a lovely place to stay. Great Value for Price

We were 4 friends staying for the weekend. Location is excellent and price seemed very good too. In reality it was not so good beacuse the pension charges all sorts of extras that add up (from mountain rescue tax to street parking tax) and breakfast served in a very nice setting was also expensive (when compared with what you get...

15 minutes walk from the city, this is in a nice enough neighbourhood, however the rooms are dated and the amenities poor. The bathroom is tiny and broken in many ways. Breakfast is not included! The cost is relatively high. The hallways are noisy and cramped. There was construction noise in the morning onsite. Location - okay Decore - poor...

In Romania you have to visit Brasov. This gorgeous old own rings our bells as, in Australia, such towns just don't exist. We stayed with Old City Pension and our stay was comfortable and close to all we needed. Staff were friendly and helped us with maps and advice on how o best see their town.

Friendly and very helpful family. Good location with private parking and only 10 min. walk to to the historical centre. We had booked for three nights, but prolonged to six nights and stayed there as a base for excoursions and a walk to Piona Brasov. Excellent value for money

Very welcoming staff, well situated near the Piata Unirri square. Nearby a nice traditional restaurant. Very warm in winter and a nice place to stay. Free parking but a little far from city center arround 1500m

This small pension is situated 10 minutes walk from the Brasov Old Town, in an old building, with a kind of romantic ambiance which appealed to me, but may not be attractive to fans of modern places. Our room was a bit dark, as its window faced the backyard, but it was quiet, clean and the beds were comfy. The...

We booked at last minute, so weren't choosy which was a mistake. While the owner was very nice and friendly when we checked in, we never saw him again...and we were there two nights. There was never anyone at the desk and when we checked out only the maid was there. She tried very hard to help out, but had...

A family-run pension, situated in the enchanting Schei neighborhood of Brasov. The hosts are of Hungarian origin and they are very friendly and helpful. The main advantage of the pension is the location : just 200 metres from Saint Nicholas orthodox church in Brasov, the oldest Romanian church here (built in the 16th century). The pension has rented parking space...

OK if you are on a stringent budget. Our room was shabby, and the shower flooded. Towels were almost transparent with use. Breakfast is served in the basement restaurant, where there is no separate nonsmoking area, and the ventilation is not great.
