i enjoyed the stay at the hotel. though i had some issues with the dinner, they offered me complimentary food and it was great. one thing i have noticed is that the staff are very friendly and they offer good service. the hotel is a good value for money for the price. the only thing is , it is a bit away from the city centre, towards south of mandalay.
Thank ernakulamtraveller

The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from Mandalay Bus Station. The surrounding is rather quiet. We arrived at 7am and got the key room without any surcharge. Breakfast was decent enough. The staff was very attentive and spoke English. We were offered a free ride to the bus station when we checked out. Highly recommended.

We were coming from Hsipaw by bus, in the middle of the night. Two scooters sent by the hotel were at the station at 4AM waiting for us. 15 minutes after, we were already sleeping, recovering from our chaotic trip. I woke up early and enjoyed the buffet at the top floor. Right after I wanted to enjoy the view on the empty terrace reading. They immediately brought me a chair. Then they arranged a very cheap taxi to the airport. Everything with a smile. Thank you!

Stay on 20th June 2017 for 1 night , When we arrived at Mandalay Airport , we took Airport Bus , Which the bus can send you directly to the Hotel Entrance .

Currently this hotel is doing some renovation , Their existing room is Big with High ceiling , Only the bathroom a bit old . Hopefully after all the renovation this hotel will be very good .

From Manager to receptionist and bell boy , all of them try to give you the best service they can offer and serve with smile . We get them to rent a motorbike for us with a good price .

One the next day check out , Our Bus schedule is Night , But they allowed us to come back to take shower and even send us to Bus station by motorbike .

That why I said , I never had a great service and experience from any 5* Hotel I had stay before , They serve you with sincerity .

Location is Good , 2 minits walk to main road , If by bike to Ubien Bridge also easy .

To the management of Myat Nan Taw Win Hotel , You have a great staff and manager , Keep up a good job , I definitely will recommend anyone is planing to go Mandalay must stay at your Hotel .

Only 5min walk from the busstation and 20min by bike to see the sunrise. That's the reason we picked this hotel, because other than that there's not really much to do around this area. Hotel is new, clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast is basic, mixed but good.
