If you’re on business trip the property is located far away from Business Hub. But if you are on vacation tour this property is highly recommended as it’s located at calm quite beside Sea. No hassle Basel staff is helpful courteous but it was surprising for us that property was not offering complementary Coffee maker in Room even at Deluxe Floor..

The hotel is average, they are not professional at all, room service was slow but they are obsessed with taking money, even though we had given them a deposit. It was deserted, cleanliness was average. Had to call many times for room service. They call themselves 3 star but really they should be 2 star

I stayed there for 3 nights for a business trip. I booked an airport transfer from the hotel and everything is ok. Safely arrived the hotel and the hotel is not what I imagine it would be. I'd say it's a 3 star hotel although safety wise is fine. Entered the room and the room looks super basic, they did not provide iron with board. Mattress is too thin and when I checked the bathrooms, they only provide bath towels - no slippers, no bathroom mat, no face towels. But then, I requested for those items including iron with board.

Woke up

Breakfast selections were limited. I didn't have any lunch/dinner at the place though, so couldn't comment on that part.

A hotel with no price-performance ratio.
I was in this hotel because all other five stare hotel were fully booked.
Our stay was a catastrophe. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent.
The problem in this hotel is that the fish is smelling from the head. Nobody is seemingly for something responsible. The safe was not working because of the empty batteries. It tooks 45 minutes to organize batteries. The water dispensers in the gym was empty but nobody was responsible for the water. I went to the reception by myself in order to organise a other buddle.
The toast at the breakfast buffet was mouldy but the waiter was not able do change the toast by him self. In this hotel can nobody do something by himself. The whole procedure must always go from one employee to the next. There is no pool and no restaurant only a small coffeehouse in the hotel. There is also no lobby were you can seat for a while.
The rooms are acceptable but this is the only positive thing in the whole hotel. I never would visit this hotel again.

A farce of a hotel. No Wifi, no hot water, no tv and the most dangerous bit was a broken yet dangerous bed, yet they did not even attempt or consider any form of compensation. Anytime the electric kettle was operated, the wires would give out burning smell. The iron was a cheap burnt out iron that damaged all the business shirts. As for the breakfast, well that was the most ridiculous buffet ever experienced. Oh yeah forgot to mention the most important point, that this was the the executive suite.

So I was staying at Ramada Creek for about 2 weeks. During my stay, my wife was in town for about 6 nights and she was staying with me.

During our stay, she wasn't allowed to use the breakfast facility/Sehri(as it's Ramadan ) and so we used to do breakfast outside. Upon my check out, they asked me to pay breakfast charges for additional person for all of the 6 nights.

I told them that we were categorically denied the breakfast option stating that this is not in your package and so we did it outside. However, now they want to charge for the additional breakfast.

I told them that this is a scam and I am not going to pay it. I told them that I will put this on social media so you don't scam other people but they said we will not let you step out of the hotel and we will call the security. I asked them that I want to meet the senior hotel management but the guy at the reception said I am the senior guy and now security will handle you.

After wasting 30mins of my time, they asked me to pay a partial amount, which I did as I wasn't feeling safe and all of their staff has gathered around. However, I will be taking a legal action against them.

Just want to raise this for general public so they don't end up in the same situation

I’ve never had a worse hotel experience anywhere in the world than at this Ramada Creek Karachi. Let me follow that up with what you need to be cautious about:

1. There’s no concept of a credit card hold at this hotel. If you enter your credit card details to book a room through any third party provider, they will already charge you even before you check in. This has literally never happened to me before at any hotel, anywhere. When I asked the hotel reception why they had charged me when the room was “Pay at Property” they said “we don’t hold, we only charge”

2. There’s no hot water. I wasn’t told this at check-in. There was a notice in my room saying there’s no hot water during 11pm-10am due to gas shortages. Understood. But there was no hot water at all during my 2 day stay. That’s over 48 hours where I had no access to shower facilities. Every time I called reception I was told “Please wait, we’ll send someone…and no one has been here till Night 2”

3. The driver/car services are just plain unsafe. With drivers cussing in the car while picking me up from the airport and driving like a manic. Highly recommend getting an Uber/Careem instead.

4. Overall service is just plain horrible. Literally nobody except for housekeeping is doing their job. Phones go unanswered, and staff is just plain rude.

5. Last but not least, the coffee from the coffee shop tastes like sewage water.

This is a new hotel and unlike the other major brands, it is located in a tranquil part of town. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Very quiet, no outside noise. Housekeeping is very attentive and services are excellent. Restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. The coffee lounge in the lobby area is a comfortable place to relax and meet. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Hasan the front office manager, and Rameez at the front desk. And Aster and Ahsan in the restaurant for their wonderful hospitality. And Asif and everyone else ! We look forward to staying at the Ramada Creek again.

Left my family for official dinner on commitment from reception that my family will get food served in the room. Despite multiple reminders, nobody served food and i had to come back early to take my family to KFC for dinner. Moreover, ordered a cup of tea that took around one and half hour to serve. These issues were well explained to the management but no one reached out for an apology during my stay.
