Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our room was clean and fresh, location was outstanding but the best part was Sai! Sai was always happy to see us and share information with us! We couldn’t have asked for better! Location was perfect; night markets at 1 end of our alley and morning markets the other end. Thanks Sai for making our trip so memorable 😀

Beautiful and spacious rooms, quiet but very convenient location, great breakfast. This was the best hotel of my 6 week trip and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Lee and all the staff for such a peaceful and relaxing stay. I loved eve about it.

Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms The breakfast options are wonderful and provide energy to start your day. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this place for a few nights in Luang Prabang as it's close to all the attractions, especially with the night markets around the corner. Owners were super accommodating and helped with transport and luggage.

All these five star reviews are warranted. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, despite proximity to the morning and night markets. Huang is a very kind and friendly man who routinely goes out of his way for guests, including today when he noticed I was sick. It is a great place to stay in LP.

Basic but comfortable hotel accessible via an alleyway. Only 2 minutes walk from the day market, night market and night street food market. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as ATMs and exchange booths. A few minutes walk to the Royal Palace and various temples. Very helpful and amenable staff, we got a refreshing drink and fruit plate on arrival and fruit drink each time we returned to the hotel in the afternoon. Breakfast is very good, served on the balcony/patio outside your room. There are bicycles for hire. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out before going to the airport, they organised the taxi for us. Coffee available at the reception to help yourself

Great location. Close to cafes, markets, wats... breakfast was very good. Love the greeting fruit smoothie. Fair exchange to kips. Steps away from Phousi hill to view sunrise and sunset. Night market. Restaurants. Morning market. Little outdoor food court nearby

As we spent our first time in LAOS, we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was just amazing : 🏆 Big room, separate WC in the bathroom, huge shower, quiet place in the very center town (you should appreciate the early morning rooster’song 🤪) and a crazy breakfast in your own balcony !!! Wonderful time, we really recommend this establishment if you go to Luang Prabang for a couple of days ! 👍🏼
