Great location and a good price for the air conditioned rooms the have. Upstairs a nice veranda overlooking the small street. Walking distance from the main street, tourist information and night market it is a great value for money.

We came to Luang prabang without a booking and everything was full. A tuktu driver took us to some far away expensive hotel with terrible rooms. Next morning we ran out of there and found Souksavath Guesthouse with a available room. Clean room with big bathroom and all was clean. Its just a minute walk to the main street and...

We moved there after we had bedbugs in another accomodation. After discussions with other travelers, we found out that Luang Prabang in general has a bedbug problem. Yet, this Guesthouse was clean. The guy who was sitting at reception was very kind and helpful. His brother also owns a tuktuk with which we could negotiate a reasonable price for the...

Reasonably priced. Good location, very close to the night market and the Mekong river. Internet connection works ok. There's an employee who sleeps in the lobby starting fairly early at night (around 10 or 11), and locks the front door at that point, so it's a little weird to have to wake him up every time (coming and going from...

We moved here after three nights in LP because our first guesthouse did not have availability when we decided to extend our stay. The place is located on a cool little street with a bunch of other guesthouse which leads down to the river near the southern end of the night market - a great location. We looked in pretty...

We read about it in lonely planet and for 150,000 (15€) it was well within budget. It was easy to find and in a good location as it was in the hub of Luang Prabang. The room wasn't much but was relatively clean though the bathroom was disgusting as it was grotty and just generally dirty. Another annoyance was the...

150.000 dbl room queensized bed, free Wifi, bananas and instant coffee all day. Situated a 100 m outside the night market on a charming little street behind the Jama cafe with many other little guesthouses. Clean but rather small rooms with good beds. Clean bathroom with open shower, room cleaning when you ask for it does a good job. We...
