This is a friendly hotel in the heart of World Heritage listed Luang Prabang. The staff are very friendly although quite laid back. The rooms are average and the beds are comfortable. Some of the rooms have better views than others (ours looked out over the staff kitchen). This hotel can be quite busy so at breakfast can be a bit...

The rooms are in the beautiful garden with the swimming pool. The hotel was clean, I can not tell anything against. Only the staff in the breakfast time was little bit slow. The location is perfect, night market and all tourist places are closed.

All the comments here on TA were from before the renovation! All rooms at the back side are fully renovate and looks really nice now. Spacious rooms with amazing balcony, jacuzzi in rooms etc. Swimmingpool is a plus! Beautiful garden! Location is really good as well, just few minutes walk to the center of town.

Stayed in a premier suite and the room was clean, modern and overall fabulous with art from local artists for sale in the room. Had a great balcony view from room M3 of the swimming pool and garden. Everything was just excellent and we were very pleased 😌 with this three star hotel at a reasonable rate. Walking distance to...

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Very comfortable premier suite. All the amenities and a pool. Loved our second floor balcony. Room is big and well appointed and we are within walking distance to most things. Staff are very friendly and although they are doing some expansion / construction they pros far outweigh the cons. Loved the pool and comfortable...

The room was so nice I was reluctant to leave. the exercise room was state-of-the-art and the pool was beautiful. Laundry service was excellent. Housecleaning did not impose but waited untill i left to clean the room...they were...

Stayed for 3 nights as part of a tour. We had a pleasant stay but it certainly wasn't the best hotel we've stayed in. My overall rating would be below average but the next rating down is poor and I felt that certainly wasn't the case here. The room we first checked into was large, on the first floor with...

Lovely room looking over the swimming pool. Bit like a maisonette, with a downstairs meeting / day room, downstairs bathroom with a huge Jacuzzi bath. Upstairs large bedroom with a balcony, dressing area and a large bathroom across the landing. Definately an upgrade! Best to have the aircon on in the bedroom and the door closed at night otherwise the...

Despite what I'd read I really liked this hotel. I had a good size room with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. Resteraunt was fine, only dissapointment no cheese (grommet!), but good choice. Hotel location fine, easy five minute walk to centre of town and the markets, or ten minutes to the Mekong river. staff fine, always smilling,...
