Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Safir Hotel is rated 4* ( equates to about 3* international). This rating is very fair. The Safir is in a good location, it's a 15 minute walk to the main square and 100m to a lovely pedestrian area with a lot of fast food options. The rooms are spacious and the servicing of the rooms is very good. The decor is a little tired but the rooms are spotless and functional. The WIFI is ok. Breakfasts are good and the breakfast staff are very nice. A fresh rather than powdered juice option would be nice. Over all a very good hotel.

During my 3 days stay at Isfahan Safir Hotel, I would like to thank Mr. Amir Bakthtiari, the receptionist young ladies, to all breakfast attendants and to Mr. Babaei for their warm and friendly interest. This volunteer army made everything greater during this amazing trip. I will come to the same hotel again without thinking.

We had a 3 night stay and were satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Isfahan. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the housekeepers made our beds regularly. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is situated near to numerous attractions, , and within easy walking distance from the Naqshe Jahan Square.
