I so wanted to give these guys a good review because they are clearly trying, but ultimately failing. Generally the hotel is acceptable if you are staying for a night or two and have booked it all as one stay - we stayed here for just over a week and because we unexpectedly had to change our flights we had...

I stayed in this hotel with an art group for 7 nights as we were touring Esfahan. This place needs a total revamp... Most of the rooms need maintenance esp. the bathrooms... Most of my friends had problems with water leakage etc.. Other issues are staff's lack of professionalism, they didn't know how to solve any problem if and when...

Okey so we had reservations for two single rooms. They were clean and ready when we got there. And we paid a decent price. The whole thing wasn't bad at all. Reception was polite and nice and knew English, rooms were small (since they were single bedrooms i guess), everything was fine, breakfast is served a bit early (7.30-9.30). BUT...

Hotel over booked rooms and then had us wait for 9hrs while they sorted it out. No apology or compensation. Was only able to stay one night even though we booked for two. Room only had tiny window into a shaft. The sound of gushing water in the room did not stop and the toilet leaked. Wi-fi was average even...

Three nights at this hotel. We had three rooms. None of them were done on the second and third days, despite once and again telling reception about it. The grandiosity of the main hall decoration quickly became depressing when confronted with this site problem.

I had a good stay although I must say it didn't live up to the expectations. The room and the bed were very small, and the sheet didn't even cover the mattress completely. Staff was nice and helpful though. Internet did not work for most of my stay. The location and breakfast are good. A bit overpriced for the generally...

I'm right there as I am writing this! Never do reservations! Of course they're going to lie and give you one of the worst rooms instead of your VIP reservation! After more than an hour waiting for checking in, the room wasn't ready yet and maids were asleep on the beds! It took another hour to clean the room without...

this hotel is one of the most inconvenient hotels in Iran. the rooms are small. the shower is wild and spread the water everywhere and there is no hair dryer inside the room.the watch wasn't working. the bathroom was dirty and smelly. and the walls are so thin you can always hear the other rooms activity and speech.

This hotel is definitely the worst one I have ever stayed in. - I do not have an issue of claustrophobia - but this hotel seems to have brought it on. The room has a Window which looks out into the inside of the hotel. So there is no fresh air or sunlight at all. - the beds are really...
