This hotel is four star at entrance with golden and white theme interior but their rooms are 3 star, average rooms but location is good with all amenities around. Their bell boys are very cooperative, specially Mr Kashayp, Mr Bharat were too cooperative and always step forward to help. Breakfast is good on M floor only. Do not use level 12 for breakfast as that area has limited seats plus staff was rude on that area. Experience was ok but I,ll not visit this hotel again because their rooms are average rooms with poor finishing and no luxury feels.

Imagine you had a long day then suddenly at 3am there is a guy who will knock on the door to ask you to pay some hotel fees. Like what! They cannot wait until you check out? Seriously, what kind of management is this. They didn’t even respect our privacy. Also Indian guy Soumavu manager? Total disrespect this guy doesn’t deserve his title. He clearly don’t know what his doing. He has bad attitude and imagine taking to your guest on a high pitch note!!!!! What a shame to the management. Also stating that i don’t have money? Wooooooh. Worst hotel. Worst staff. Dirty room. Imagine riding the elevator then either garbage bin is there or a dirty laundry will be seating next to you. Worst of the worst.

Located on Shaikh Zyed Road, the most plush area and near to Museum of future too. I went with family and had booking 2 months prior still check in took an hour and finally was given room on 16th floor stating rooms aren’t available on higher floors in spite of a remark been put for same at time of booking. Food is average and room service too. Housekeeping is not done everyday and don’t get fresh towels easily even on demand. I think better options can be searched around on SZR, Dubai Lifts as mentioned by many other reviewers is an issue with a very long wait inspire of having 8 lifts/ elevators. Many times had to use fire exit stairs to come down from 16th floor.

Attended an Iftar at Gevora Hotel, Dubai. Faced elevator issues, leading to long waits. Security staff Avinash managed the situation with remarkable patience and professionalism. A guest’s disrespectful behavior highlighted the need for a shift from the “guest is always right” mindset. The event itself was exceptional, with great food and ambiance. It’s crucial to treat hospitality staff with respect and dignity.

This hotell was terrible. Stay away. Staff was not slow and not very helpfull. We used too much time waiting for the elevators, witch is the best way to reach the floors. Brekfast was terrible and dirty. The balcony doors was in a bad shape so there was a lot of noise from the outside traffic and wind. The atmosphere was very bad on this hotel. Only good thing to say about Gevora, is that the pool aera was beautiful with a spectacular view.

Our room offers a breathtaking view, especially at night when the city appears almost magical. The pool area provides a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. The room itself is both spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, the service lift is incredibly slow, making for a frustrating experience. One must often squeeze oneself into the lift to avoid waiting for an hour or more.

The hotel itself seems to be very nice and outstanding, but from outside only. When you enter, everything changes. We were there with my colleagues. To say, that the reception works extremely slowly, means not to say anything. It took forever to check us in. One receptionist, who was making the check-in process for my colleague, asked her to wait aside, before the room was getting cleaned. He asked to wait for 5 minutes, but she had to wait nearly 1 hour. And when I expressed the disappointment, everything changed, and the room keys were given in 5 minutes. It was 19:00, even though she could check-in from 14:00. The lifts. When you build a 60-floor hotel, you should consider the number of elevators. It is not normal to wait for it for 20-30 minutes and a few times a day. Especially when it is breakfast time. My room was on the floor 36, and I had to wait for the lift at least 20 minutes, 2-3 times a day. This is really nightmare. From 6 elevators only 3 work. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a kitchen in my room with no cutleries.

Overall the entire experience was wonderful, the hotel location is just perfect. I was on the 39th floor and the room had a fabulous view on Sheikh Zayed Road. Room was well equipped and clean - the cleaning staffs Tirupathi and Sunil made it a must to keep the cleanliness and sanitation each and every day during my stay. The staffs Bharat and Kashyap from the Concierge provided exceptional service during my stay at the hotel. They were both helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all the guest’s needs were met. Choices at the breakfast buffet were of great variety of international cuisine and staffs were helpful and polite including the chefs who accommodate all our requests and very attentive to details. The biggest drawback was the waiting time for the elevators. On average 15 mins each time you take the lift is just unacceptable, and during morning time it can go up to 30 mins wait to get back to your room after breakfast. The view from the top roof restaurant was fantastic but on the other hand, the afternoon tea was a disaster. The water in the teapot was luke warm, we had to ask for hot milk and additional teabags, and the food that was brought out was all extremely of poor quality. The cake stand looks beautiful but the variety of cakes wasn’t even fully edible. The food did not resemble the quality advertised on the website. The interactive parts of experience were good, but the staffs struggled to work when it’s super windy up there, and the equipment needed some care and attention by the staff while everything is flying around.
