I usually splurge on my travels but not much on accomodations. Bur Dubai district has lots of mid range to budget apartments cum hotels. These are situated near each other and is the choice for mid range tourists who are not that into trapping of opulence in their accomodations nor the bare bones type of pension houses and bed and breakfast inns. Belvedere Court Hotel Apartments is one of the more popular Apartment cum hotels in the Bur Dubai Area and is situated in Al Kuwait Street and it hosts 173 rooms divided into studio units, one bedroom and two bedroom units. the best deal here is that there is an RTA Public Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Burjuman Metro Station is just a 10 minute walk away and Al Karama Metro Station is Just a 5 minute walk away. Spinney's supermarket is just a 3 minute walk away and if you are a filipino, there is a fiesta filipino restaurant and Max's Fried Chicken Restaurant inside Spinney's. the budget shoppers heaven, Al Karama District is just across the street from the supermarket and Burjuman Mall is a 10 minute walk. room rates start at 240 AED for a Studio Room including breakfast and 210 AED without breakfast The rooms here are very good, the studio room which we had (we stayed 5 nights) even has a front loaded washing machine and microwave oven and electric cooke and even a large fridger. if you plan to save on food, then just buy frozen food stuffs at Spinney's Supermarket and just re heat them at the room as the room even has a coffee maker and porcelain plates and complete utensils like spoon and fork and knife and soup holders and big cupboards. local calls costs 3 AED per call.…
We had a short stay of four nights. We found the staff very friendly and very helpful. Our free breakfast buffet was wonderful. I think I had their scrambled eggs every morning! Brill coffee too! Great location with a Spinneys across the street and a variety of restaurant and shops (and a mall) all within walking distance. Our room was spotless and cleaned each day we were out. It was spacious with a large king sized bed, table and chairs, counter with bar seats, a full kitchen and spacious bathroom. Can't really fault the place or the staff. Will def book here next time we come to Dubai.
Better late than never in writing this review. Wanted to take in Dubai sights before leaving the Middle East. Selected this hotel based on other Trip Advisor very good reviews. My daughter was skeptical because it was so inexpensive. I arrived early in the day and they graciously let me check in early. Staff was very accommodating for a solo traveler and 1st time visit to Dubai. They helped me arrange several tours, all were excellent and a great value. Room as others have stated was comfortable, very clean, had a washer/dryer, and a small kitchen stocked with coffee and tea. Had no problem getting to anything I wanted to do either by staff calling me a taxi or taking the nearby metro. I enjoyed the Indian and Middle East style buffet breakfast definitely enough to choose from, and there is a super market being around the corner should u need anything. All and all a very enjoyable stay, worked out perfect. I'd recommend this hotel for a seasoned budget conscious traveler that likes a little local scene. Definitely would stay here again should I come back to Dubai. …
As written before, the hotel name is now "Al Manar Grand Hotel". We had a Studio with small kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, water kettle, washing maschine), queen size bed and small bathroom (with bathtub). No breakfast was booked, since there is a supermarket just around the corner where you can get the needed things. A Spinneys 24h supermarket is 10 min walk towards Burjuman. Fortunately we could get an early check-in at 10 am. Overall, the staff was nice and helpful. There is free WiFi for up to 3 devices. The rooftop pool is small but OK. Additionally there is a sauna (separate for gents and ladies). Parking at the hotel is only possible in a parking zone (fee 2 Dh per hour).
they change name to ALL MANAR GRAND .. terrible breakfast ..only Indian dishes .. they have a catalog of 15 pages for room service and they had only one thing they call it CLUB SANDWICH. .. one day came back at 6 at afternoon and the room was unclean !! I asked them and came after 1.30 hour .... if you are not Indian don't stay ... BUT if you are consider very carefully before you choose it
