The sea views from Neruda Mar Suite are amazing, and you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks opposite. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, and we loved the well-equipped kitchen. Having an oven was a real treat. The pool is small but views from the pool are great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The shops are...

The place lacks maintenance. People is friendly but the place is too expensive and it is not at the level of a 4 stars. Better get a nice furnished apartment and will be better. The breakfast is awful. The cleaning service is not good. I had a water leak from the upper floor that flooded my bathroom. Pictures in the...

Its a tired place, the whole place could do with a renovation. Wifi was not good, it is free but you are given a code but you have to log in at least once an hour. Hot water, every morning I would have to call down to reception to get the hot water turned on. in the end I ended...

Location is great. But hotel is not 4 starts as stated. The best part of the vacation was how close the hotel was from the ocean. There isn't a restaurant in the premises and rooms are clean but just ok. TVS are small and chunky and super old. There is NOT Wi-fi. Ms Patricia was very nice as well as...

When we booked this place for over $220 a night, we thought we were getting a modern, sparse suite. It said it was renovated in 2011. I have no idea what the renovations were. While it is right across from the ocean, it is also right across from a huge rock with seals and birds, which means the smell is...

The Neruda Mar Suites are conveniently located nearby Vina Del Mar with many restaurants within walking distance. The room was a bit dated that we had but was clean and functional with a great view. There was a sliding glass door with two chairs on the small balcony. The staff were very friendly. There was free wifi and parking. I...

Very clean apartments outside the main bustle of vina del mar. We had a two bedroom apt; the master bedroom was great with an ensuite bathroom but the second bedroom had no external window and would be very small for 2 adults. each day you are given milk, bread, butter and jam; so infact you have no shopping to do...

The hotel has a seriously weird design, you get 3 buildings, each one has an elevator. There is parking space, and you get breakfast in your room, the breakfast is somewhat basic, but good enough to start the day. There is a pool on the 3rd building, which has an amazing view to the beach, you can just stay there...

Our trip didn't start well as our cab driver overcharged us however the hotel staff were so sympathetic and apologetic. They gave us the choice of 2 rooms and we ended up in the front building in a corner unit that was very large and bright with a big patio. The property is dated and could use with some freshening...
