The road is so noisy. Full of boy racers, playing music loud. We were woken up every hour from 12 to 4am. You get no key and the door bell wakes you up every time some one rings. The breakfast is very over rated, stale bread and smallest portion of scrambled eggs. The noise of dogs we're also a big...

We are very sorry that they could not sleep well, in another tell us how we can help them, we could have changed rooms, because of the bread I am surprised that it was wrong, since we bought bread every day for breakfast. regards George

Amazing hostel which was much nicer than our 5 star hotel in santa cruz. Friendly staff who helped with everything needed. I was little scared to take a taxi to airport (previous taxi was missing a piece of floor) so they even took us to airport. Highly appreciate that.

The place is really nice and relaxing, as well as conveniently located a few blocks away from the city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful. The price includes a good breakfast.

Given the high ranking this hostel gets on Tripadvisor I would like to write a slightly dissenting review. Not to get me wrong, this is not a bad place. I actually tried to prolong my stay, unsuccessfully. However I then discovered that other hostels in Sucre are nicer, such as the one I stayed in next (Casa Solariega) Positives of...

The hostel is well located only a short walk from the main restaurants and bars. Breakfast is great, fruit juice tea coffee eggs and toast. The lady on reception is wonderful and really helpful. Clean spacious rooms. We loved our stay!

I stayed at the hostel for four days. I loved the athmosphere there. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the hostel counts with all you need - comfy rooms, nice open spaces to hang out, a good healthy breakfast, laundry service and its in walking distance to the main plaza, restaurants etc.

We thought this place was amazing with very nice a clean rooms, hot showers, good wifi and a first floor sun terrace with a great view. Also the kitchen was decent. Unfortunately we got woken up by the neighbor's dog who barked all night long. When I went to reception to inform them they only shrugged their shoulders as they...

3 of us stayed for 2 nights following an overnight bus from Uyuni. Although we arrived at the wee hour of 5.30am the hostel let us rest in the common area until our room was ready later that day. We greatly enjoyed the eclectic artwork, hot showers and generally relaxed atmosphere of this very pretty hostel. Easy to see why...

Good: When we arrived the owner upgraded us to a larger room, it had 2 bunk beds that were very comfortable and clean. The shower was hot and worked well, sadly no TV, but there is a large supermarket nearby. If you arrive at the bus terminal, a LineA colectivo will get you close to the hotel for 1.5Bs. There...

Excellent stay at Hostal CasArte Takubamba, which is a beautiful B&B more than a hostel. Lovely and tasteful artwork adorn the walls, and rooms. Beautiful rooms with excellent en-suite bathrooms with hot showers. Decent wifi. Very comfortable beds, lovely linen and towels provided. Cheap washing service available. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit and juice, coffee/tea, egg (only 1), jams and...
