Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great choice, locate in central Sucre, few mins walk from main Plaza. Hotel is a beautiful colonial house - very spacious rooms in a classical style. No air-con unfortunatley, but large windows you can open over looking the courtyard and room cools down at night. Breakfast was ok, good choice but basic. Staff and genuinely helpful and go out of their way to make guests time comfortable.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm. We had a hot shower, comfortable bed and a refrigerator. Breakfast was also nice. The courtyard is lovely and offers several nice sitting areas. For a small late-checkout fee we were allowed to keep the room until early evening.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Sucre, full of antiques , apart from the awfully small beds this hotel is quaint and very nice. For the first time in this trip we’ve had lovely hot water and the breakfast is excellent. Not all of their services are open as they have only recently opened after Covid

We had a rather strange reception because we could not inmediately present all 4 passports; only after retrieving them were we ‘welcome’. We had room 12 and one of the worst beds I have ever slept on or rather tried to sleep on with the noise from the street, since the room was so hot the first night we had to open a window (no airconditioner). Shower was horrible (way to low for someone of 1,80m) and impossible to operate. There are all sorts of instructions what not to do, but nothing on how to operate the shower.

This place is so beautiful! The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the center courtyard and rooftop terrace are stunning! The rooms are quiet and I slept very well here. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the central square, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was easily the best we had during our trip to Bolivia. The staff is very helpful and we appreciated that they spoke English.

This hotel is fantastic. We came across this hotel after an error made in booking another establishment was never confirmed. Luck shined on us with this hotel. The building is beautiful-outside our room was a seating area and there was a great roof deck to look out at the city. Our room wasn’t big but there was a nice seating area with a couch and a small table and chair handy to write your postcards on. They have a great breakfast service and offer a lunch and dinner menu that we never took advantage of but it is centrally located and there are many restaurants nearby. The staff was wonderful and attentive-highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this place. Central to everything. Well appointed. Good shower, bed and breakfast = Tick. And also has a great rooftop terrace with lovely views of the white city. The court yard is beautiful and the staff were great. We would come back again

We spent two nights in this comfortable, characterful and well-located hotel. We had booked a triple room, which was a little cramped for our needs. The staff could not have been more helpful in finding us two alternative rooms, which were both quiet and comfortable and with good bathrooms (shower only). Breakfast was different from many hotel buffet spreads, with genuine homemade options. Strongly recommended.

We originally planned to spend 3 nights in the B&B but after the second day we decided to stay for an additional night, as we loved the place so much. The room was spacious and the breakfast delicous. Also the big garden kept at clean and beautiful allows to enjoy the sun and let you escape and forget the busy town.
