Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I just left this hotel, and it’s probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I booked the reservation from another site and they tried to up the price when I arrived and not honor the booked price. We were bullied by the owner when we stood up and insisted on the original price. The rooms were dark, smelly, dirty and nothing worked.. lamps, TV, remote, beds were uncomfortable, Light bulbs burned out, breakfast was awful. Hindsight, I should have left when I realized the shenanigans they were trying to pull.. One of the worst places I have ever stayed...

The Premier Hotel is ideally located in the historical center of Sucre, almost opposite to S. Francisco's Church and a block away from the heart of the city, Plaza 25 de Mayo. Shops, restaurants, museums, handicrafts and everything else, is close by. Although with a small entrance, this hotel has an large interior, with a nice seating area, with confortable sofas. The staff is very kind, willing to help and accommodating to your needs and requests. The internet is good and will enable you to communicate and work without any troubles. The only but is that this hotel needs urgently some renovations in the rooms, especially in terms of carpets, bathroom furniture and walls. The breakfast is simple and limited. On the other hand, the prices are quite low, ideal if you're travelling on a tight budget. Would stay here again, hopefully after some renovations!

Was visiting Sucre for the first time and took a room with 2 beds, was travelling with my brother. Though there was a window the room was dark and also there was a strong smoke smell. As natural light hardly got into the room it was very cold. Breakfast included but it was minimalist. Service was very good, people who works there always kind and trying to help when asking about places and how to get there. There are other places where you can get better places for a little bit more of money.
