I had the most incredible time at the JJJ ranch this September during an adults only week. Kim, Ernie and the crew (Doug, Emily, Melissa, Jay, Patty, Tony and Rebecca) were warm, welcoming and fun. The scenery was indescribably beautiful. I traveled solo as I was looking for a place to unwind, disconnect and be in nature (while still being...

The ranch in nestled in a valley, surrounded by wilderness. The owners, Kim and Ernie do everything to make your stay perfect. They are true gems. Your cabin will most likely be an authentic log cabin built by Ernie with trees cut from the property many years ago. Your delicious meals are served in the lodge built with logs cut...

I recently spent a week at the JJJ ranch during adult week, our group was small, 9 total guests. Just the right amount to get to know one another. We were welcomed and felt right at home the moment we stepped out of our car. Kim, Ernie and their staff are very gracious hosts. The food was Excellent, I never...

My daughters and I spent the week here. It was my girls first time in the mountains . I did a lot of research and probably drive the ranch owners nuts with my questions and emails (sorry).! But I ended up choosing the right ranch! Everything was perfect!! Perfect! They make you feel right at home and think of everything...

I recently spent a week on the Triple J Ranch with a friend. We had travelled from Ireland so it was a long way to go, but what a week. Worth every mile of travel. From day one we were made feel so welcome by Ernie & Kim and all the staff. The location scenery is amazing and just like...

The JJJ Wilderness Ranch near Augusta MT is wonderful. The cabins and main lodge are beautiful and comfortable. The scenery is out-of-this-world! The food will rival any you have ever had. The best is the horses and the staff (wranglers) make this an amazing vacation. Although I did not bring small children, the children's program looked wonderful. The kids were...

This was a return trip to the Triple J for us after visiting during the summer of 2014. I’m always nervous making a repeat vacation trip, especially after a great first experience. The Triple J Ranch proves that twice can be very nice, and we rediscovered all the things that drew us back to the Triple J and Montana. Kim...

My first ever pack trip was back in 1996 with the Triple J and it was full of amazing sights, experiences, and people that I remember vividly to this day. It's what got me hooked on the Wilderness and this year I went back to the Triple J for my third pack trip with them. I went with family on...

I have used this ranch twice for pack trips. I had planned on using it last Fall(2015), but due the forest fires my trip was cancelled. Ernie called me from the forest, which was on fire and explained why he had to cancel my trip the next week (9/2015), which I totally understood. I was very impressed that he took...
