I was completely disappointed. The room is very basic. It was very cold at night. I asked if I could have another heater but they refused. I had to borrow my friend's while he froze. Tiny little black bugs were all around the room. Then, when I returned from an outing they had sprayed bug spray and I could not...

We stayed here for 1 night on our way from La Pas, Bolivia to Isla del Sol, Lake Titicaca. A very comfortable and clean room; the breakfast was ample and enjoyable; and, all the staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. It is well situated being close to to the town centre and the Lake. It was a short, enjoyable stay...

The staff was helpful and the room was warm. But the breakfast was incredibly bad, the room wasn't clean, nor were the towles, wifi was poor, the bedings had stains. Just a place we don't recommend to anyone. Cheaper and better options! Can't understand a good rating.

Wonderful place. They rooms were big and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff very nice and friendly. On top of the it's only a short walk from the downtown stip making everything accessible. Would recommend!

We stayed here 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean well appointed and comfortable rooms (Wi Fi, TV, Fridge) close to the centre of town. Staff were excellent and the included breakfast was great. Views of the lake at sunset were a bonus. Overall we had a great time here and, for the money, it was an excellent choice....

We only stayed here for a couple of nights but like the place and people. The room was a good size, clean with a comfy bed and a heater. The staff were a very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad the normal offering of eggs, fruit etc. The DVD library was a nice extra and the wifi was surprisingly good.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our 2 weeks trip. Very nice location, with beautiful view of the lake. Bed was comfortable and there was efficient heater in the room so for the first time we could sleep without wearing hats and hundreds of blankets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We came late during rainy night...

We had a very lovely stay here. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The room was large and comfortable with good hot water. Fabulous breakfast - one of the best we had in Bolivia! Location is great; very close to shops, restaurants etc but in a very quite location with lovely views of the lake. Highly recommend.

Staff superb, about the best I've seen. While most South Americans are a bit more reserves, they just couldn't do enough. Breakfast is fantastic as well. This is where you should stay. Nite that wifi is awful like the rest of Bolivia, not their fault, no one has cable round here

Stayed in La Aldea del Inca for three nights and easily could have stayed there for more time. Beautiful view over the lake and lovely hammocks outside to relax and read a book!! Lovely breakfast of cereal, eggs, fruit salad available every morning. Showers were nice and warm and only a stones throw to the main square! Rooms were lovely...
