The hotel is clean and price is reasonable included breakfast. The front desk and the staff here is kind and friendly. There's restaurant and small convenient store around. But the food here not much choice.

The building and rooms was so old and worn my bad was uncomfortable. The staff was reckless, Breakfast was nothing ; a couple of the toast a jam and a butter. Location was terribble, I was afraid of to go to the out after the dark. Not liked never stay again.

You speak Spanish, because no one at that hotel speaks any other language. Not unfriendly by any means, but good luck getting anything done besides sleeping there. Their phones didn't work when I was there and the clerk charged me 1 Bs to use his cell phone to call my cab to get out of there. At this part of... More

I've stayed about two weeks in that hotel while working in Santa Cruz, and I would recommend it. The strong point is the excellent service and the cleanliness. Rooms are good and the hotel is on a quiet street. Breakfast is decent but not exciting. There is a price difference of about $4 for room with or without air conditioning.... More

By Bolivian standards this is a pretty good choice, nearly ticking all the boxes. The price is just about right, the location is just about right, the rooms are just about right etc etc. What really makes it though are the staff; friendly, helpful and attentive.

Nice, older hotel but if you want to take a shower at night, don't plan on hot water! We called reception several times and each time they said the problem would be solved in a few minutes... and eventually they stopped answering the phone! Very frustrating to pay $100+ in a Five Star hotel and not have hot water.. On... More

The quality of the hotel was on par with what can be expected in Bolivia. It was an older hotel, but very clean. The staff was outstanding. They were helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good, fairly simple and no choice, but did change a little in variety each day. The room had both airconditioning and heat.
