At such a cheap rate, I had very low expectations. Turns out, that was a good idea. We needed a cheap place for 1 night. The hotel IS cheap, but man, that room hasn't been updated (or even cleaned?) since 1972. Torn carpet, stains on every single surface, BUGS, so many bugs! (Flies, fruit flies, spiders....like a damn jungle in... More

Absolute worst stay ever! There are enough adjectives to describe this hotel! The Bates Motel is the Ritz Carleton in comparison! The owners do not care because customers have complained between the cleanliness of the room and the mold, to the broken furniture, the lack of tv choices, the horrible smells coming from the mattresses, cigarette burns in everything, doors... We had no issues during our quick, 1 night stay. We were only there for a few hours to catch a flight early in the morning. Rooms weren't as clean as I would of expected. Lots of dust. The TV was extremely old and the picture hardly came in at all. Tried watching a football game, but couldn't make out... More

Literally horrible. I'm surprised I didn't catch something while there. They staff is all family, with the elders being incredibly polite and hard-working (they know a thing or two about customer service), the younger couple however, needs to get out of hospitality and never look back. I have never been more disappointed in the way a company handled their guests.... More

This place was disgusting. See pics below. Stains on the walls. Carpet I wouldn't let my dogs walk on. A bed I wouldn't touch. Box springs out of a dumpster. Cigarette burns in the pillow cases of a non smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. Blood? Poop? Makeup all over the walls. And God only knows what was dripping... More

Fifty dollars a night and a block from the boardwalk seemed too good to be true. We checked in at 3:00pm, left to sightsee, and did not return until 9:00 pm. The shower took several minutes to get hot. The smoke alarm was missing (only the attachment base was on the wall). The bathroom window and bathroom door appeared to... More

You get a firm bed, clean sheets, clean towels, shampoo, hot water, and coffee in the morning. Not a bad deal. You even get 45 channel's of satellite t.v. I would stay here again. Plus there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Needed a place to stay near the airport after a funeral and in the middle of a long weekend area prices were thru the roof. This was the cheapest Choice hotel, and not very 'choice'. Sort of a basic roadside motel, room looked ok at first glance - good size, large vanity, table and (unmatching) chairs plus desk and TV... More
