We spent a relaxing week in the beautiful country side of Allentown, NJ. The innkeeper, Cathy, was quite hospitable. The inn is a lovely Georgian Colonial built in 1850. We had a lovely, clean, room with a four poster bed. Breakfast was very nice. The antiquing abounds, dinner at La Piazza was quite good, La Rouge 23 has great food...

Stayed here for the weekend. The room was nice and accommodations were clean. Allentown is definitely smalltown USA. Breakfast was delightful. I enjoyed the activities close by...the winery and Walnford.

I was hoping to make a reservation for what seems to be a charming B&B; however, responses to my inquiries were very slow and, when I did receive a response, Cathy was short and rude in tone to the point that I felt I was inconveniencing her to ask to be a paying customer. Such a shame...

Second time in the area, first time at Peacefields. Glad we tried another Inn, stayed at Laurita last time and liked it well enough, but Piecefields just felt more relaxing. Appreciated the pool as an option for a swim on a hot summer afternoon, room was lovely, bed comfy, front porch is large and inviting for coffee in the morning,...

Nestled among the horse farms, blueberry picking and farms of Upper Freehold Township is this charming B &B owned by Cathy and Bill. Expect impeccable service, delightful conversation and delicious food. Cathy's breakfast is second to one, a real treat of fresh in season fruits, whole wheat muffins, omelette and sausage that lasts all day. Afternoon cookies, biscuits, tea etc are...

We chose Peacefields Inn for a quick weekend getaway. The Inn is located a little away from the town itself. It is a quaint and cozy place. Bill and Cathy were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. Cathy is a lore of local knowledge. Cathy's homemade breakfasts were a delight. We loved our stay there and will definitely be going back.

We attended a wedding at the Ashford Estate in Allentown, N.J., over the weekend and needed a place to stay close by. Neither my boyfriend nor I have spent much time at inns, but I was delighted to find a B&B that made us feel so welcome! Within moments of arriving, we realized we were in a special place with...

We were looking for accommodations close to a wedding in Allentown and came upon Peacefields. The B&B was really lovely and felt like a step back in time -- in a good way! We stayed in the first floor suite which was equipped with a modern bath. The breakfast was warm and satisfying - homemade danish, french toast with apples,...

Surrounded by farmland & horse pastures it could not get any quieter. Really enjoyed the area. Hiked to the historic mill returned to take a swim & enjoy the wildlife poolside. Coffee on the porch each morning listening to the birds. Serene atmosphere. Cathy & Bill are very accomodating Innkeepers & know the history of the area & their beautiful...

My wife and I (and 2 year old dog) spent this weekend during the height of fall foliage. The location, although a little isolated, is a beautiful setting. The surrounding area is of back country rural roads adjacent to horse farms and farms. The inn itself was well maintained. We stayed on the first floor. The room was somewhat small...
