It's been two years since we stayed here, so some things may have changed but this is a family-run business so I doubt the hospitality has changed, and it was great when we were there! They were really helpful and have their own tuk-tuk driver which was great because we ended up having to make a few runs to the...

Well, it is cheap, and it is more of a backpacker hotel. Water was hard, and AC does not always work, though it can be cool sometimes at night and the fan is sufficient. Reception speaks minimal english, but they were willing to change our room when the AC died. All in all, still ok, as long as you keep...

It is cheap. Dirt cheap. $3.5 a night when I booked it. But this is the only good point about the place. The room is basic. No AC unless you are willing to pay $2 extra. The bathroom is third-world standard, with barely functional shower and yellowish water. Oh, you are pretty lucky if you can connect to the Wifi...

We checked in way prior to Khmer New Years and organized to stay at least 2 weeks. The rooms are very old and basic and even in Cambodian terms nothing works and hygiene is non existing here along with basic room cleaning. The staff only speak a little English, but for the price we thought it'll do. However come Khmer...

I had to talk to 3 people to book in as no one seemed to know what to do. Room was not made up and I had to wait for it to be cleaned.........well sort of cleaned ! All they did was change sheets and make the bed and mop the floors. The toilet and bathroom was very unclean. I...

Where do I start... First I will explain the 2 rather than 1 star... The room was big, so was bed. That's the positives out the way.... Wifi is worse that dial up, due to the staff having every Internet device they own connected to it. Staff are rude, in fact I came down stairs to collect my washing to...

Room and location was ok, towels were old, wifi very bad. They sent us to the free swimming pool (quite far from the hotel) which was not free after all. I guess this place is great for backpackers who just look for a place to sleep.

Now aside from the heat, I didn't really have any problems with the room. The wifi was a pretty rubbish, but I have come to accept this in SE Asia. Our first room on the second floor couldn't pick up wifi so when we mentioned this they moved us to the 1st floor, which was better. Not sure why we...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one of our stops through Cambodia. We had seen mixed reviews and had gone in with some scepticism. The reviews were accurate. The room first appeared clean, with fresh bed sheets and towels. However the walls contained quiet a few stains and damp marks. The bathroom was fairly clean with more suspicious stains...
