This beautiful boutique oasis just 10 minutes walk to the main tourists place (pub street) staying here is good experience. On the arrival we were welcome with drinks. Staff are friendly and helpful. We booked the tours through the front desk and Thearith our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were delighted with our tours of temples. He is the angle photographer. All photos he clicked are amazing. Van driver was also good, always asking if we needed cold water. Highly recommended to stay here and ask for Thearith if you need tour guide.

4.95 stars! A little boutique uncrowded oasis 10 mins walk to Pub Street (if that's your thing) that delivered a restful and delightful experience. A good week's research and shopping around (before settling on Agoda) meant I got a great value deal in a King Suite with breakfast included. Located down a non descript lane / street in a more residential area. On arrival my room was a ground floor King Suite but I asked for a proper balcony and moved up to the 2nd floor overlooking the welcoming pool and catching the afternoon breezes. No hassle for the staff and happy to make the change. May have been different if the hotel was full but only seemed to be at 1/3 occupancy. The room was exceptional with a full deep bath (never used). Clean and roomy and well worth the $10 extra per night (approx.) Air con unit was small but effective. Bed was firm, fresh sheets and had a great sleep for 4 nights/ Wardrobe and sitting area. Large balcony with day bed area and two seats. TV was not connected. Asked if they could connect, said they would, but didn't - no matter - did not need, such was my full days. Bottled water provided, small cold fridge and Tea and Coffee provisions (jug) Cool little bar and great bartender who doubled as waiter for lunch and dinner in the little restaurant on the 1st floor. Loved how personable it all was and the genuine friendliness of all the staff. (Have attached a sample bar and food menu) Local beers USD$1.50 a pop and cocktails USD$3 and a decent Spanish white wine by the glass at USD$3 as well. Great selection of local and western food - but I stuck with the local - fresh, well presented and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was juice, tea and coffee and 4 "set" menu options Cereal, fruits, hot items, pastries and bread or local / Asian options. Cooked to order. A few families, couples, mates and solos were staying. Families were well behaved and had a great time playing games in the pool and at dinner - but didn't "take over" so everyone had a great experience. Used GRAB to get everywhere - easy. Laundry USD$3 a kilo. Only downside for me is that hot water was scarce - but luke warm showers were ok - especially in this hot tropical climate. FYI - all stairs - no lift (not needed) Love to stay again, and again!

Sadly one of the worst check in experiences I have ever had. They tried to pawn me off in a small, downstairs dark room with no balcony despite having paid extra for a room with a balcony. When I informed the staff, he started arguing saying a patio was a balcony and just dumped my suitcase and left. I followed him to reception and showed him my booking and he grunted. When he eventually swapped the small dark room to what I paid for the bedroom lock was faulty, noisy road and the staff attitude did not improve. I think they took advantage as I am a female solo traveler. Needless to say I checked out within 5 minutes of arriving. Such a poor reflection of the hotel. Please avoid this hotel!

We are a 3 people in a family stay here in August. We had welcome drinks when we arrived the hotel and staff are friendly. The facilities in this hotel are excellent, from the swimming pool, the room and breakfast. we booked the tour and temples guide from this hotel and Thearith was our tour guide for a full day, he guided us with the history, cultures and Cambodian lives. He was friendly with my son and knowledgeable tour guide. Tuk tuk driver are also very good picked us up and dropped off punctual at each temple. Would highly recommend for this hotel.

Indra Angkor residence is a great place to stay when you’re in Siem Reap. We stayed here for 18 nights and felt almost at home. The rooms are spacious. they have balconies and the decoration is a mixture of coziness , traditional and modern design. There is a lush garden and a nice swimming pool where you can enjoy your evening or hot days. It is 15 minutes walk to the night market and the staff is lovely. They are so helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Our booked hotel was switched last minute for the Indra Angkor Residence, so we were worried it wouldn't be a good fit, but actually it was great. They provided excellent breakfast service, the pool was well-maintained and refreshing, and they offer laundry service and assistance with local questions like restaurants, sights to see, and how to get around. Any problem we encountered, they resolved. The hotel also arranged airport pick-up and rides to the temples by tuk-tuk, and we had the best experience with Touch, the driver they sent us. He is very kind and friendly, communicated with us in English but also taught us, when we asked, some phrases in Khmer. He provided water in a cooler and was a very safe, attentive driver. Ask for Touch to be your driver!

We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t have found a better hotel. The location is fantastic with so many bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool area is absolutely spot on. A restful place to relax with a lovely swimming pool. The food in the restaurant is beyond tasty! Overall, I would definitely stay here again, given the chance.
