Mane Village Suites is not only a haven but also a sanctuary for the soul to rejuvenate. The main factor is that the design highlights fine workmanship, traditional artistic style, and also, it is a ideal place for recreation. The hotel has Circle Spa and in-room massage, Celadon Restaurant, Pool Bar near the big outdoor swimming pool, Sky Bar, Business Centre, small library, gym, game area (snooker, table tennis, and a barbecue), allowing you to loosen up and enjoy the tranquil ambience. While our small luxury resort is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Siem Reap, it takes just a few minutes to the City Centre and surrounding popular areas. Guests can go to the 24-hour front desk for currency exchange, tour arrangements or hotel car or remork (tuk-tuk) reservations, ticketing assistance, and concierge services.

Mane Village Suites garners praise for its exceptional service, with staff members frequently commended for their helpfulness and meticulous care. The array of amenities, including a sumptuous breakfast, inviting pool, and complimentary airport transfer, contribute to the hotel's allure. While the immaculate rooms offer comfort, a few guests have noted some issues with noise. Visitors are enchanted by the hotel's atmosphere and prime location, though on-site dining costs could be a consideration for those mindful of budget.

My friend and I stayed in a mini suite here in January 2020 for 3 nights. The staff was exceptional. They were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They provide complementary water bottles anytime you need at the front desk or in you room. They will go above and beyond to attend to any needs that come up. For instance, I needed safety pins, and they ran out and bought some within 10 minutes even though I told them it was not necessary. Impressive! The ladies who work at the restaurant and bar are absolutely lovely. One in particular, named Somas, was very sweet and provided memorable and wonderful service.

Our suite itself was not exactly as pictured (slightly different layout) but it was still nice, clean, and very spacious. My one complaint was that the shower water was sometimes cold. The staff provided complementary fruit and water every day which was nice. This is Cambodia, so you might see a little lizard or bug here and there, but the staff will remove it promptly if you call and ask.

Regarding transportation, they provided complementary airport/ferry port transfer. They also have tuk tuk drivers that will drive you to town for free. You will just need to pay for the ride back. They will take you to and from town if you just need to quickly drop off something or stop by somewhere (e.g., laundry) for free. But tipping them is always nice. The hotel front desk can also schedule taxi services for other places (e.g., Angkor Wat temple) but it works out to be much more expensive than if you were to call your own taxi/guide.

The hotel also provided a complementary foot massage at their spa which was lovely. The complementary breakfasts were absolutely amazing too! Food is delicious and always presented so beautifully. You can order anything and as much as you want from their breakfast menu. You can also order a to-go box for later and coffee in a to-go cup. If you have to miss breakfast because you have an early morning tour like we did at 4am, then they will pack a breakfast box for you and have it ready at the front desk before you leave.

They also have tea time with delicious snacks and a variety of teas daily between certain times. The amenities (gym, game room upstairs, spa, pool) are all very nice as well. But my main qualm was that the prices were really expensive, even for American standards. If you want to do laundry, I would advise taking your laundry to a laundry place in town. There's one right down the street as well. The restaurant and spa services are more expensive than what you will find in town as well. Despite that, we really loved this hotel and the staff made our stay very comfortable.

Upon arrival after a short flight from Singapore, their driver picked us up and transported us to the hotel where we enjoyed a cold welcome drink while our rooms were being prepared. A luxurious pool was a welcome respite from the heat! The service was wonderful, the accommodations comfortable and we enjoyed the complimentary foot massage! The breakfast buffet was incredible, with tons of fresh fruit and a full breakfast cooked to order, if desired. Close enough to town, just a short ride by tuk-tuk!

You enter on an unlikely little dirt and gravel road but once you step into the lobby you’re transported to a beautiful and serene gem of a hotel. Starting with a gracious greeting and welcome drink, you’re in an environment where the entire staff is dedicated to taking great care of you. The hotel is artfully designed, with lush foliage surrounding the public spaces. The rooms are spacious and well-outfitted. It’s a truly gorgeous little hotel. I look forward to being a repeat customer.

We found this hotel on a website site for hotels and got their written confirmation that the reservation we made was confirmed, this happened 2 weeks before we left for our holidays. We chose this hotel due to the high score of other reviewers and for the location (we wanted to be in the city centre). We met their driver at the airport but without saying anything he started driving towards the country side instead of towards the city centre. He had been instructed by the Hotel to drive us to another property. Once we got there we understood: to make a long story short, the hotel had changed us to another of their properties (they seem to have 5 in Siem Reap and around) which actualy looked also very nice but was some kilometers away from Siem Reap in the middle of nowhere. We complained and asked the driven to bring us to the hotel that we had reserved in town but surprise surpise... they had no room for us, they were fully booked. In the end we had no choice: the reservation was cancelled and we had to find another hotel on the spot ourselves at 10 pm after a long flight... What behaviour is this? They are completely unreliable, just be aware if you decide to make a reservation with these guys...

I had low expectations as the price was quite low but my stay was great. Staff were truly lovely and my room was huge. Location was very close to the main areas of Siem Rep and the hotel also help you with $1 tut tuts :)

Beautiful property, exquisit Asian cuisine and fantastic massage.
It was the most amazing, kindest, sweetest, thoughtful and accommodating staff. They really went out of their way to be helpful. They paid for a tuktuk to get to the pharmacy when needed and they were very caring. A 5 star hotel with a 10 star staff.

Mane Village Suites is a nice hotel but hardly a boutique hotel. The staff is lovely and the location can't be beat. You can walk or take a $2 tuk tuk ride to the central Night Market area of restaurants and shops. The pool is nice and well-maintained. The room we booked was large and comfortable enough, but with a clear partial door to the bathroom that offered no privacy. There was no mirror to use with a hair dryer. The restaurant is comfortable and competent and a good breakfast is included with the room. But note that other meals will cost you far more than comparable restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Also, the spa charged $45 for a mediocre massage in a room with zero atmosphere. You can get a better one for half the price with ambiance, or one even cheaper with no ambiance. Laundry was particularly outrageous, $3 for a shirt when you can walk 5 minutes and pay $2 per kilo. The price quoted for a car and driver was $175 a day, far higher than a recommended tour company you can find on Trip Advisor.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! We took advantage of everything - pick ups and drop offs from the airport, asking hotel staff to plan activities/tours for us, the pool, the delicious combination of western and cambodian foods at the restaurant, etc. We loved that the resort is decorated with traditional Cambodian culture in mind. We also loved that it was tucked into a quiet side-street that was only a 3 minute walk from yummy food carts and stores. Our kids were grateful that they could get a bowl of spaghetti bolognaise at the resort when a day of testing new foods had pushed their taste buds a bit too far! We particularly enjoyed our time with our favorite resort tuktuk driver, Raine. My only recommendation for improvement would be to furnish the family apartment kitchens with a few plates, cutlery, and pots and pans. There was a beautiful, full kitchen in out apartment but absolutely nothing in the cupboards with which to prepare or eat simple meals.

The staff at Mane village are to be commended for going out of their way to make us feel comfortable, valued and welcomed. They took note of my requests and upgraded one of my rooms for free in order to accede to it. When it turned out my grown-up son was not comfortable sharing a bed with his sister, they turned out the restaurant staff to convert a day bed into a proper bed.
The touches such as complimentary airport transfer, afternoon tea by the pool made our stay all the more pleasant and happy.
They even went out of their way to change my larger USD notes into smaller notes at a nearby money changer outside the the hotel.
The breakfast bag for watching the Sunrise was especially generous and hearty.

Staff that are worthy of mention:
Managers Tommy (Sophea) and Suchea, and Reception staff, Chet.
The Airport Drivers especially Heng Bunny were helpful and delightful to talk to.
Siem Reap is now coming out of over 2 years of COVID slumber and its the perfect time to visit. The staff have returned from their COVID jobs such as farming or other manual work and are eager to serve.
The attractions like Angkor Wat are quiet (but not eerily so) and you will get alot of attention from service providers. Support the people, visit Siem Reap and tick Angkor Wat off your bucket list today.

The best thing about the hotel is its staff, always charming, close and very very helpful (especially our assistant Pheng who gave us his WhatsApp number to always be in touch).
The breakfast is fantastic with top quality products and the option of any dish on the menu included.
The rooms, although they lack of some decoration, are huge, with a kitchen (but no pans, casseroles ot dishes) , fridge and sofa. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom just lacks a good light.
They leave a basket of fruit (mangosteen, rambutan, mango, banana), as well as coffee, tea (but no milk/creamer!) and water (6 bottles) daily in the room.
The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the city but in a quiet alley with no noise. If you need it, the hotel organize tuk-tuks for visits and tours (although it is much more expensive than if you book it by yourself).
It has a clean and well-kept pool, very convenient after a long day of visits to Angkor. The only bad thing about the pool is that it has very few loungers and is usually full in the early afternoon.
They also offer a free snack tea (from 16h to 17h) that is not very appetizing since they don't really offer tea, but some herbs to make infusions (lemmongrass, lotus, jasmine...) and there is nothing appetizing to eat either (no cakes or scones).
They also provide a very convenient pick up and drop off from and to the airport for free.
I really recommend this hotel if you visit Siem Reap and thanks all it's staff for making our stay extremely pleasant.
