Quaint and charming hotel. We had a clean and very spatious room, be aware the hotel has no elevators, so you need to be able to carry your bags up the stairs. Clean and nice pool at the roof. Close to the night market and restaurant areas. Approx 30 minutes from hotel to Angkor Wat with tuc-tuc.

I cannot say much about the hotel service above all, just took my family here for a dinner. Given the experience of various restaurants in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh, we did not have high expectation here. However, waiting 50 minutes for our first plate to arrive was rather annoying. Food was ok, nothing exceptional.

Very well situated in the heart of the city.. everything is near by walk :markets , night life street food.. but the hotel is pretty quiet . Rooms are big and traditionnaly decorated.. but everyting is a bit old and dusty, not very well maintained.. the roof swimming pool is beautiful and clean. There is a bar also on the...

Im glad I read the negative views after i had stay here. The hotel is different and maybe is not for everyone. If I had gone of these reviews i would have missed out on something special. From the fountain in the room to the impromptu bird watching around the pool. Defiantly worth a look if you are staying in...

My conclusion about this place... business is going down in whole town and this place decided to cut expenses on maintenance and staff... really pity but shower was broken, light broken, fan broken, ... after push several days only 50% of the problems was solved. Workers are nice but problem seems to came from the top.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The good: - Great location near pub street - Unique decor - Excellent rooftop pool The bad: - Although the staff were friendly, we had significant communication trouble (we only speak English). This ranged from small problems, like not being able to obtain clean towels, to large problems like a major miscommunication for an...

Sure, the photos look great, and the reviews are good BUT, once you get there, it's a different story altogether. We booked the place based on these same reviews, so how could it be so drastically wrong? First off - there are no lifts/elevators. Sure, the staff help you lug your stuff up but if you have issues with mobility...

This place was disgusting. Its a little bit depressing trying to write this review because I think I've tried to forget how bad it was. To start, there was at least one mouse in the room. I saw it. It was snacking on the "complimentary" fruit. We had someone show us our room upon checkin, and I should have been...

We drove into Siem Reap at dusk, didn't do any prior booking or planning for accommodations. Saw a couple other hotels in the area before this one. The staff was very nice and accommodating, they let us check out the room before we booked it. The hotel style is very different, almost like a piece of art. Very cultural. We...

This hotel is not too bad, but it is long gone glory. The building clearly needs restauration, as does the swimming pool and bar. The room was clean but there was a general shortage of towels in the hotel. This is really unpleasant, especially when there is a pool. Staff is friendly but English is sometimes a problem. Breakfast is...
