The hotel, from a western perspective, is a solid 3 to 4 star hotel, not 5 star but this is ok for Cambodia. Rooms are nice, very clean and the bathroom big. Only the elevators to the 4th floor where this privilege floor sits are slow and small. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they want to make sure that...

We stayed at this property for 3N/4D in Dec 2016 for our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Apart from the usual spic and span room and facilities which you expect from a property which has won a 'Certificate of Excellence' Award, the small things which really made this property stood out was - 1) Check-in/Check-out: We arrived a little...

We got upgraded here from the privilege boutique as there was a problem with our room. We weren't quite expecting this. It was really nice - the room was amazing and the pool was great, with access to the spa which was super relaxing at the end of a long day visiting temples. The staff were so friendly and really...

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and enjoyed our first time in Siem Reap, but what made this trip even more special was the service at the hotel. The genuine warmth, hospitality, and attentiveness from all the staff was amazing! It is not a new hotel, but is well maintained and the service makes up for it by...

I stay for a week recently at the The Privilege Floor @Borei Angkor and had the most amazing time. The staff were absolutely fabulous and extremely attentive to any needs you had. Nothing was a problem. The bar which overlooks the city is a must just to go and enjoy a drink as the sun comes down over Siem Reap....

The staff at Borei are what make this hotel so great. The service is simply fantastic. My friend and I stayed and the staff including the manager Bona and our host Jenny did whatever they could to make sure we were happy with our stay. We have felt like royalty from the moment we were collected at the airport.

Stayed here while in country to visit Angkor Wat complex. My wife and I were met at the airport by our hostess, Judy, and driver, Sothat, who were both excellent and always available to assist with any and every need. Judy ensured that we had dinner reservations, both on site at Borei Angkor--to include the cultural show dinner--and offsite, making...

The bartender Sokman was one the most entertaining and kind bartenders I've ever had. The service and drinks were exceptional and the sunset was mesmerizing and beautiful. The manager , Bona, was very helpful and gracious in showing us truly special treatment. We will definitely return!
