The hotel provided pick up from airport and English speaking staff and he is very friendly. The hotel is very near to the most popular pub street. Worth the money to stay and affordable and comfortable place to stay. The Breakfast was good and the Mexican restaurant called Viva Restaurant provides very wide selection of food.

We stayed at Viva for 3 days. The location is very convenient as many drivers know it in the old market street. The hotel is surrounded with bars and restaurants, but the environment was not noisy. We could also buy souvenirs we needed. We appreciate its stylish decor, comfy room and the free breakfast provided everyday. The food was yum...

OK so there are a lot of harsh reviews on here, but I wouldn't let it deter you. Unless of course your looking for 4*/5* standards and in that case this isn't the price range you should be looking at. In honesty our room (standard) was spacious and clean albeit basic. The air con worked fine the shower was good...

I booked a deluxe room 45sq/mtr with seating area and a view of the city, when I arrived I received a room with no view, no seating area and the room was 30sq/mtr. The walls of the shower recess were dirty and looked like they were not cleaned for a long time. I immediately complained to the staff member at...

The staff here was not honest. They would try to overcharge you for anything they arrange for you. I tried with them for booking cars and sending postcards. They asked for at least like 5-10 dollars above the usual price. Suggested not to go there for unpleasant experience.

The place was a winner. Set a few meters away from pub street, it was something that's ideal for those who... well... aim for pub street. It is also very near the night market and the day market. There is a restaurant below and a wonderful staff. Kosal, especially, had been extremely helpful when I stayed in this hotel. If...

Quite ordinary and service lousey. Staff is friendly but you have to drag them from the bardisk to serve you. They are more interested in their own doing than serving. The location is good in a busy bar street.

Viva Hotel is a pretty basic tourist accommodations -- the rooms are clean and the AC is good. The location in Siem reap is great -- just around the corner from Pub Street, with lots of dining and drinking options. Super easy to get a tuktuk driver from the hotel -- it takes maybe 15 minutes of driving to get...
