It is a basic hostel but the staff are very friendly. We had a nice room, was a bit noisy but still enjoyed out stay. If you want a decent place close to the centre stay here. Some building work recently going on but wasnt due to last long.

Told them we' d check in late, yet they still double booked our room even though we had already paid via agoda. They refunded us but we were still left roomless in the middle of the night. Judging by other reviews we may've dodged a bullet.

Very helpful staff-gave us a bucket to wash our clothes in and unblocked the toilet numerous times whenever we asked and promptly. Very clean and reasonably priced and loved the cute dogs. Good location. The absolute highlight however, was the drinking water tap in the lobby, which saved us so much money every day that we would have had to...

Stayed here with my gf, and we don't find it amazing at all, its like we got what we paid for and that's it. The room is not well maintained and the smell is quite weird esp. on the toilet. Some staff are snobbish and some friendly.

$8 per night for private room with en suite bathroom. After staying here for two nights I couldn't really have wanted much more? The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was all we needed. Air con rooms are double the price of a fan room, and we found the fan room to be more than cool enough at night,...

Soksan guesthouse is really well situated, and the owner couldn't have been more helpful. He helped to arrange everything we wanted, even going on his moto to pick up circus tickets, giving us plenty of free water and allowing us a shower before getting on a night bus, well after check out time. The room was clean and comfortable and...

When we arrived at the guesthouse we agreed with staff on a special price, only to find on our departure that we hadn't been discounted at all, still having to pay the full fee as the staff pretty much laughed in our faces. This was especially upsetting because the primary reason we decided to stay at the guesthouse was because...

1. When you check in we both agreed the special rate is applied only when you are stayed 9 nights. special room rate is not applied when you stayed 5 nights. Our staff explain about this situation already and you know all this. If i know only $2.00 difference per night can make you complaint like this, i'll give you...

Me and my wife stayed in this hostel 2 nights. Unfortunately, the worst experienced hostel in Cambodia, because of a stolen memory stick worth of 120$ ! I forgot it in a comp at reception and somebody stole it from there. At that time only staff and two rooms were occupied... Even demanding every member of the staff they were...

I stayed here on a weekend trip to Siem Reap, and was absolutely appalled! Myself & two friends decided to stay for three nights as it looked like a respectful, clean guesthouse, seemingly safe and close to all the areas we wanted to explore. However, upon arrival we discovered that our room was filthy. Sheets obviously hadn't been washed, with...

I had the worst experience with this hotel. I made a reservation with Agoda for 3 days. When I arrived I was told to wait because they were cleaning the room. I waited for over an hour. Then I was told that there was a problem with the room and they needed to fix it and they gave me an...
