The hotel staff members always want to help the guests. We wanted to go to the national museum and asked for advice. We could get the ticket at the hotel counter and got one-way free ride to the museum. Thanks! Also, the wait persons at the hotel restaurant are always smiling and we felt good and it was comfortable to...

We have stayed in Sayana for 4 nights. The staff were very kind. They gave us a lot of useful information about the city. The location is great--quite near to the pub street and the night market. The room is small but comfortable.

We stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed the small but private pool. Breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection of items. The staff were amazingly attentive and kind. The location is great . Quiet near to the night market and several good restaurants.

Having visited Siem Reap eleven times in the past three years I have found this hotel to be by far the best for the following reasons: 1. Clean, clean, clean. Wow someone in white gloves must be inspecting this property every hour because the floors, walls, bathrooms, decor all shine all day. 2. Service is fantastic. The front of house...

I arrived a couple of days ahead of my group of 20 and was informed that all our rooms had been upgraded, which was a treat for now we had a view of the river and balconies. The rooms are a good size, with mini bar and kettle, which is always appreciated. The bathrooms are quite small and rather dark....

I can't imagine there could be a better place to stay in Siem Reap. If you believe in 'location, location, location"....The Sayana is perfectly located on the river, a five minute walk from all the action in the Night Market and Pub Street, fifteen minutes from the airport and fifteen minutes from the Temple complex. Room. Ask for 314. Perfect...

the service was unparalleled with the manager offering to lend us his large screen TV to watch a football match, jumping on his motorcycle to go an buy the best medication for my husband's upset stomach; and the whole team being involved in presenting to my husband a birthday cake, when we walked into the hotel at about 11pm at...

This is a cosy little hotel. Perhaps when you first enter to the hotel, you feel it is bit old and small, but I would say whatever staff professionalism and attitude are also excellent. Daily breakfast was good with different choices. Room is clean. Bed is so comfortable, and shower is good. We checked in so earlier, but they still...
