Ideally located in the heart of the city with easy access to most locations bywalk or tuk tuk. rooms are large with comfortable bed but cleaniness could be better. Breakfast could be better although variety is there and noodles and omelette station is good. Always do your homework before any tours through the hotel. Good tours are bus group tours...

It was my best favorite to choose the best located hotel near downtown which i can enjoy both day time and night life. I had a quick check-in experience here with attentive service by all staff. Room was great and shower room was nice.

My daughter and I stayed here in January 2017. We spent 4 nights. The staff were amazing, always eager to help and please. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfasts are included in the tariff and are delicious. You can even have a packed breakfast made for you if you are leaving early and will miss breakfast....

Lovely hotel within few minutes walk to the noisy part of town. Spacious Rooms well equipped with hairdryer, kettle,tv, fridge,a save, wardrobe, slippers and gowns. Only con is NO door to the bathroom only a 'open' sliding door :( Wifi was good considering I was staying on 4th floor. Did not use the pool as Either looked very clean. Breakfast 3/5.

This hotel has a great location - just a couple of minutes walk from Pub Street or a $1 USD tuk tuk ride. The service from the hotel staff is superb. Our kids loved the "ruins" and the elephant themed pools. There was a great breakfast buffet and the room service was good and reasonably priced. The lobby and common...

Admittedly the Hotel has a nice ambience and is located centrally in town. Rooms are OK, internet was pretty bad, especially for a business traveler. Hotel has 2 small pools and a SPA. I will not return as it wasn't anything special for the price, and there is so much to choose from in Siem Reap.

We booked this hotel through booking.com which we used to do for other hotels during our trip too. The hotel itself is located a few metters from the downtown, night market, bar , restaurant and Pub-street. We spent a few dollars more than other boutique hotel in town but this hotel is beyond our expectation.
