Checked in and went straight out for food when we came back and properly looked at the room it was disgusting! The bed had stains all over it, the towels were dirty, the furniture was broken and bodged back together, the bathroom was filthy, the TV didn't work and the air con was useless. This was meant to be a...

Guests deserve good hotels but hotels also deserve sane customers The only true thing in your story is that you complained to me about a tv problem. I apologized and asked you if you wanted a discount on price. I was tired and you looked so pathetic staying there staring at me as i was lucifer that i offered you...

After travelling around Asia we chose to pay more than usual for a 'deluxe' room - we shouldn't have bothered! The whole place stinks of smoke even in our room it's disgusting as a non smoker. Our room was poorly lit to hid the stained sheets and broken furniture - when we asked for clean sheets we were literally laughed...

After the husband, the wife. On your four pictures i apologize for the water exhaust which was not yet fully repaired and for the stained sheet which is a mistake from us. For the two other ones i congratulate you for the quality of your angle choice and for your zooming. This way you give the illusion that the shower...

This hotel is so close to the temples, always has a tuk tuk driver, has extremely friendly staff and owner, great food, clean and comfortable rooms. It's very affordable. There's nothing bad I can say about the place, it's exactly what we wanted and needed during our stay in Cambodia.

Relatively enjoyed my stay, bed was comfy and they had some good English channels to watch. Cleanliness can be improved (stained sheets, bathrooms are rusted so it gets really smelly when it heats up)and guests should be informed that some rooms are smoke friendly, because there was like a really bad smell in one room. We had a very welcoming...

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff make the place, they are really friendly and helpful and we especially liked our tuk-tuk driver Sopheak and the receptionist (sorry didn't get her name). The room was nice and spacious, the A/C worked well, shower and wifi were great. Our room was cleaned and we got fresh...

Stayed in the deluxe twin room and it was really nice and pretty, lovely curtains. Nice balcony and view. Rather okay restaurang, the food didn't taste as much as you would expect, but didn't get sick and tasted really fresh. And the girl that worked in both the reception and restaurant was super sweet and adorable. Good stay!

Stayed for 3 nights, it is a 5-10 minute tuk tuk from the town but very near to angkor wat which is what we wanted. We had booked a double room which we were shown first, it was small, had no window and a musty damp smell. We were offered a twin room which was $5 more per night but...

Everything about the Hotel is very good. It is situated near the Siem Reap airport and Angkor Wat - so it is great if you plan to do Temple tours. The hotel location is also near the town center. The room experience was nice, they have daily housekeeping check - clean and beds were comfortable. Toilet must be improved though...

I enjoyed my stay immensely. I had a driver provided by the hotel for 17 USD for airport pick up, Angkor Wat all day, and transfer back to airport. Great price for room and great food and Internet. Located right next to the temples and they also had a laundry service 4 USD for two kilos of clothing washed nicely....

We got a stuffy room, at night the air conditioning started dripping in the room from the ceiling, the room also was noisy from a near by club. In the morning they offered us another room for higher price, but as we entered the room we saw a cockroach and left the place.

Dear Guest, It is never pleasant for any tourism location to receive very negative comments. Nevertheless, some comments are very relevant and helpfull to improve our standards. In your case unfortunately you had only bad luck. We take special care of our conditionners but in high season some rooms are on heavy load and some water can start to drop...
