5 minutes walk to Pub Street, the room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was OK, with only vegetarian options when we visited. The street the hotel is located on would benefit from resurfacing, but that's outside the control of the hotel.

There is a excellent taxi service that operates from the airport (using cars). There is a kiosk outside the terminal where you pay (US$7 in May 2014) and which allocates a car/driver. Some of this fee is used to fund orphanage work.
These drivers can also be hired on a daily basis to guide/drive you around the city and World Heritage area.
