Very good service, overall happy with the reservation. They also offer accessible menu options, and a pool. Rooms are neaty and clean, and the one I stayed had hot water, shower, 2 beds, air conditioning (not working), but a fan, towels, and a cute mini bar.

Spent 1 night in the triple bed fan only room. Airport pick-up is only free if you're staying for more than 2 nights. Otherwise, it's chargeable at 5 USD and its about 20-25 minutes away from Siem Reap Intl Airport. When we arrived at the guesthouse, we were served a welcome drink, which was great! The guesthouse is located inside...

We stayed here 3 nights. It is one of the best places I have been to in SE Asia. The rooms are clean and equipped with fridge, kettle, towels and toiletries. The fan works well. The building is nice and located in a green garden full of palm trees and flowers. There is a nice, clean swimming pool with beds...

As a family of 8 we were looking for quality budget accommodation in Siem Reap for 3 nights and found just that with the Bou Savy Guesthouse. Right from the pick up and transfer at the airport in Tuk Tuk's to the hearty breakfast and the refreshing pool at the end of the day the Bou Savy Guesthouse provided good...

When we arrived there, It is true that we had to wait more than 45 min at the bus station no matter if we booked the room day before and they let us know they will pick us up. Finally it was great time there. They organized the Tuk-Tuk for us (Rati) a nice guy who were available to bring...

We stayed at Bou Savy for 3 nights and were disappointed by what we found. Overall the place is tired, dark and dirty but the staff are fantastic. Pros - free pick up from airport ($5 on leaving) - good location (near a local store and you can walk to pub street in 20 minutes) - staff are very friendly...

A small and cozy guesthouse located very close to Siem Reap's city center! Rooms are simple but comfortable, breakfast is tasty, swimming pool clean and spacious! Excellent staff: super polite and discrete, smiley and friendly! Pick up at the airport for free! Angkor tour organized from the hotel! Very good prices for food and accommodation! It's my first time travelling in Cambodia. We plan to see Angkor Wat so we decided to check-in closest to the temples as well as the night markets. The service crew and tuk2x driver are very nice and accommodating. I love their food and it suits my taste. I also love their lemon iced tea (It's really good).
