My Standards are very high. I do my homework when it comes to hotels !!! I read the reviews on TripAdvisor and booked for a five night stay . This place is OUTSTANDING- Pros- 1) rooms look just like photos 2) spotlessly clean everywhere 3) beds are heavily white PRISTINE,CLEAN sheet’s perfect! Pillows new really high standards for their beds and bedding 4) breakfast is everything you would want 5) staff kind ready to help at all times 6) beautiful pool/ bar area 7) tranquility and oasis feel quite with tropical plants, no loud noise 8) location good , and what’s not close is a 3$ tuk tuk ride away 9) excellent value CONS - none really except if you are in a wheelchair or have a mobility challenge no elevator This is our 2nd time to vacation in Cambodia and you need a longer stay to see more of the temples and rest up a bit - take this good value- you will love it !

Stayed here with my partner for just one night to see Angkor Wat. Wish we stayed longer. The rooms are extremely well decorated and well equipped. Ice cold AC, good water pressure, and water gets HOT should you need it. Comfy bed and pillows too. Good wifi signal too. Hotel itself is in a good location near the river. It is an easy walking distance to Pub Street and Night Market. The staff are so kind and the hospitality level displayed by the staff is immaculate. The cold wet towel service isn’t just for when you check in… it is every time you come back to the hotel. This is a godsend after a hot day of exploring. The restaurant food is reasonably priced and very tasty. There is “Western” food, not sure if this was any good as we didn’t eat it (why would you, you’re in Cambodia!!) but the Cambodian food is delicious. Good selection of drinks and cocktails too. Booked a private tuktuk tour for Angkor Wat through the hotel which was priced well. Our driver (Rith) was super accommodating, polite, professional and his vehicle was clean. The breakfast box prepared by the hotel was delicious and compact. We were able to see all of the main sites and the famous sunrise without rush. Even though we had checked out, the staff let us use the pool and the spa room to shower and spend time before our late afternoon flight. This is top level service! Bonus points for having a hair gel dispenser in the room. I’ve travelled all over and have never seen this before. You guys rock!

If we could give 6 stars we would. We were on a bike tour from Vietnam to Cambodia and we decided to spend 5 nights in Siem Reap and booked 5 nights at this wonderful villa. We live in Australia and we must say that we have a lot to learn from Cambodians as well as the Viroth's Villa team. Incredible honest customer service, we could not have asked for more! Breakfast was included, it was fresh and delicious and the portions were generous. the place was spotless and we loved the attention to details and design elements of the 60-70's. We were always welcomed at the hotel with a smile with a cold towel to refresh us. The staff was so attentive to us and they were always smiling. Our room was very cleaned and our bed comfortable. We booked massages at the hotel and again we were not disappointed. We ate at the villa many times and each time we were impressed by the quality of the food. We highly recommend this accommodation❤️

This is a great little hotel centrally located. Clean, comfortable, nice little restaurant/bar, decent pool area. Good value. But most of all, the staff here is absolutely the friendliest, most attentive, service-oriented team we have had in our five-week journey across Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. To a person always there to greet, help, provide what we needed, and always with a smile. The staff at Viroth's Villa is awesome and this is a great value place to stay. Not a 5-star facility, but very comfortable and the staff is truly 5-star.

We booked this hotel on the strength of positive reviews on TripAdvisor. I'm always a bit suspicious of too many very positive reviews but on this occasion they were well deserved. I've stayed in lots of excellent hotels In many countries but this is now one of my favourites anywhere in the world. The hotel is small, well positioned, the rooms are nice, the bed is comfortable, the food was nice and a massage in the spa was great. it’s all decorated in a modern arty style. But what really sets this hotel apart is the staff who were all incredibly friendly and helpful. If you want a small friendly boutique hotel with fantastic service, I strongly recommend it.

Truly excellent. We were welcomed by the team at the airport and were given cold towels to freshen up in the MPV that came to pick us up. The staff were just first class. They knew our names and very friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of western and asian spread. The rooms were very comfortable with nice bathrooms. Our views were looking out onto the street but it was not noisy. Location of the hotel was very central and it was within walking distance to the market, royal residence and other attractions. We also booked our tour to Angkor Wat with the hotel and it was very well arranged with full flexibility to suit our needs. Highly recommended for a stay in Siem Reap.
