Nice clean hotel/resort but rooms are little dated. This is a large hotel with large tour groups staying here. The breakfast (very good) and the lobby can be very crowded at times during the morning but the staff work very hard and are very friendly. The pool and pool bar were really nice after touring Angkor Wat. The hotel is not really close to anything, either take a tuk tuk or walk 25-30 min to town. We used Grab to book our tuk tuk and they came within minutes (found this a little cheaper and less bother to negotiate).

Excellent hotel, few minutes to town centre but easy to do in a tuk tuk! Lovely food, good buffet breakfast & wonderful poo area with plenty of towels for everyone. Highy recommend, very pleasant & helpful staff.

We enjoyed returning to this lovely hotel after days spent temple viewing. The location is great, kitty corner to the fabulous National Museum and a short tuk tuk ride to Pub Street. It is also near a Canadian bank for currency exchange. We spent a couple of afternoon by the pool and enjoyed fantastic massages at the spa. The restaurants were good, with varied menus and the gift shop excellent.

Tara is located at the right place- walking distance from the 7-11, The National Museum and not too far from Angor wat temple. Tuk Tuks are easily available to take u to Pub-street in just 3USD. The check in was hassle-free. The rooms are of comfortable size and full of essential amenities. The restaurant is good with lot of options for Vegetarians too. The absence of Cold-Coffee in the breakfast was definitely missed.

Had a great stay at the Tara Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap. The hotel is in a fabulous central location- easy to get anywhere thanks to the tuk tuks right outside. The room was spacious, staff was courteous, and the breakfast had a lot of options, and even had space to eat outside. The pool area was lovely but it gets crowded in the afternoon after a day of touring.

The hotel was great, good location, Everyone was very attentive to are needs. The rooms were very big anuncomfortable and clean. The food was great eat. Specially the breakfirst and dinner was delicious and very affordable. I highly recommand this hotel to anyone that ones to visit cambodia.

We had quiet an amazing stay at the Tara Angkor Hotel. The hotel is more of a resort with a good spa and swimming pool and decent choice of restaurants. The rooms are well maintained and the wifi seems to be working just fine as well. The resort seems to be a favorite amongst group tour planners. It is just a tuk tuk ride away from the Night street yet is on the quiet side of town. The breakfast spread is just wow and pleasant mix of western and Khmer cuisine. The only downside that we faced during our trip was the dinner we had the night before we checked out at their in house restaurant took quiet a lot of time (1.5 hours to be precise) to bring the food to our table. We had ordered fairly simple dishes yet they took quiet a lot of time which led to a bad experience.....would suggest stepping out for food rather than dining here. This place does deserve 5 stars except for the sad dining experience...…

Hotel used as part of Road Scholar itinary. Location good. Very clean staff very friendly and often stop you to practice their English. Room large, bed not so comfortable. Great buffet, bar, coffee bar and out door pool fantastic.

Terrible buffet. Terrible internet in our room. Pillows are like rocks. Wouldn’t recommend. Staff are very friendly is the only nice l got about this place. Not impressed with this place!!! All l can say is DON’T!

Tara Angkor hotel sell 206 rooms with serve international buffet breakfast between 6:00AM to 10:00AM. We serve food more than 40 foods daily that it much more than other properties in Siem Reap. I would be happy if you could share us further more about your concerned for better improveme in the future at my personally email: dmm@taraangkorhotel.com In respond of Wi-Fi, our capable IT team always maintain check its speed daily, he always standby at the hotel for any technical issue happened, it may disconnect if you walk through different locations but you can reconnect it again within the hotel. And you can contact to our front office team for assisting on this matter. In addition of pillows that we've set is foam pillow that most of guest are friendly with it.
