Rodrigo was kind enough to arrange a trek to the base of the Torres del Paine, and to cook early morning breakfasts, on the day of the trek, and on... More

We stayed at the Keoken before and after our trek in Torres del Paine. It's location is great - easy to get to town and very good restaurants nearby (try Lenga), it is quiet, the rooms are very clean, and the beds comfortable. The sitting room upstairs is peaceful and has a nice view (wifi is excellent there). Rodrigo is... More

My wife and I stayed at Keoken before doing the W hike in Torres del Paine and then after. The rooms are spacious, private, and clean. It is very well located and a short walk from the main shopping/restaurant areas and the main square, but tucked away enough to be more relaxed. Rodrigo and his wife were such fantastic hosts:... Stayed here on our way back home after completing the W hike. We arrived at the end of shoulder season and were the only guests (4 of us in 2 rooms across the hall from each other). This B&B is an excellent choice. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable with perfectly clean private bathrooms. There is a common lounge on... More

Two girl friends and I stayed here in March 2016 (towards the end of peak season), as a "hub" to Torres del Paine National Park. Rodrigo and Gloria were a super sweet couple and very accommodating. Because we didn't want to split up as a group of three, they put together one cozy room with a double and single bed.... More

A month before our stay, our host Gloria booked our bus tickets from Punta Arenas airport to Puerto Natales and we paid her for these (and her taxi fare) when we arrived. Otherwise you have to give your credit card number to the bus company for Internet bookings and we were nervous about that. We hired a car from EMSA... More

Our arrival at this B&B was ominous. The town had completely torn up the street in front of the B&B so it was closed and we had trouble finding it. Then, the doorbell didn't seem to work, so finally we knocked and it was opened and we were welcomed in by one of the most charming hosts we had anywhere.... More
