We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are basic but ok, the whole place seemed clean. The staff were keen to help, and the breakfast was good. It was near to the lake, but there wasn't a lake view. The kitchen is good and it's perfectly adequate to make a meal if you want to.

This place reminds me of a basic ski lodge. It was clean & fine for our purposes. The man on reception was extremely kind, friendly & helpful. Location is about a 20 min walk from town with beautiful views on the walk. It overlooks the lake.....lovely. Wifi didn't work in the room.

We stayed two nights; one before the W trek and one after it. It is not a 5 star hostel but then again it is probably one of the lowest priced in P.Natales. I read the reviews of the other travellers; all I can say that we had very good experience. It is run by a family who were very...

We booked this place as it was the cheapest option in Puerto Natales. We loved our stay here, heating in the room, hot shower (one even with hydromassage, great thing after Torres del Paine trek;)), delicious breakfast, central location, friendly staff, equipment available to rent at reasonable prices. One of our favourite places during our RTW trip:)'

Geminis was a great stopping point to get ourselves arranged for trekking in Torres. It's close to get groceries or do other shopping/rentals on the main street and is reasonably close to the bus station. It's steps away from the water if it's not too windy to walk around. We found the staff very friendly: they helped us arrange our...

You get what you pay for. The only good thing about this place is the location. We stayed here for two nights due to a last minute change in our plan. It was terrible. We had a private double room with shower. The bathroom is disgusting - everything covered with a thick layer of dust. The window was broken, only...

firstly, the hostel is clean and tidy. BUT when we gave back the equipment we rented the owner made a mistake with the calculation which we told him about. Instead of 15dollars a day he wanted 30, which we told him is uncool since we are students and calculated with the price he gave us in the beginning. He got...

I would recommend Geminis for anybody looking for a nice place on a budget. For the same price as some dorms in town you can have a private room with breakfast. The owners are great and always around to answer questions. You can buy bus tickets to the park and store your stuff here. They even provide complimentary rides to...

Good price, very nice and helpful owners. Stayed here for 4 nights. Pegs are missing in all rooms. You can buy tickets for the bus to the national park and then you can leave your luggage for free in the hostal. You can rent all the gear for camping on a very good pirce and condition
