Nice rooms, incredible views of Estrecho de Magallanes, modern, clean hotel...some travellers not so much,a refuge for people that have been adventuring the fiords and the extreme south of Chile....NOW, THE BEST PART OF THE ZONE IS THE "CENTOLLAS"...we know it as KING CRAB...absolutely incredible taste.....this hotel needs to improve the menu of LOCAL fantastic foods....forget about trying to imitate...

We stayed one night here and we really enjoyed it. Happy to choose this hotel, reservation was easy, check-in and check-out was speedy and efficient. All the staff that we encountered were friendly, helpful and attentive to all our needs. Special thanks to the check-in staff who upgraded us to a suite. The room had the view of the Magellan...

I stay in the Dreams chain frequently when I travel on business in Chile and the rooms are very nice, staff too, marvelous view of the Strait of Magellan. No complaints ever except that rhe spa usually is booked :). However, the one major negative is the low lighting. I have always noticed it, but this time was so frustrated...

The Dreams Hotel is the largest and most modern hotel in Punta Arenas. It's right on the water in the center of the town, and there are lots of great things to say about it!: ROOMS: The rooms are spacious and are equipped with comfortable beds, an enormous bath tub, a large closet for your clothes and luggage, as well...

We spent 1 night at Dreams on each end of our weeklong trip to Torres del Paine. The staff was wonderful both visits. We will stay again, if we ever return to Punta Arenas. We had an early airport transfer during our second stay. The staff opened breakfast an hour early, so we could eat. No hotel has ever offered...

Good size room with a big king size bed and great views over the harbour, a good breakfast in the morning to start the day and the chance to experience the casino at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A very well situated hotel with beautiful views of the strait. Rooms are big, but are a bit dark. Could also have had coffee/tea making abilities in the room, in particular since it was difficult to get coffee elsewhere in the morning before breakfast. Swimming pool wonderful, and the bath room on the top floor worth a visit in itself.

I've read plenty of Tripadvisor reviews where most reviewers rate a place 4 to 5 stars and then there are a few random reviews that say the place is "terrible". I typically discount those "terrible" reviews because I assume that the traveler is just incredibly difficult to please -- well that's not me and this is not one of those...
