Services offered online but not available. Made us go to another hotel. Really a bummer after 4 days walking in torres del paine. Then you really would like to get the services that were promised in the offer.

We stayed here for 6 nights in a great family room.. for once it was a proper family room with our double bed up a couple of stairs and the children had a single bed each (aged 15 and 11).. usually they get shove on put you up beds or have to share a double, despite asking for singles... but...

We only stayed there for 1 night. The hotel is so old....but nice in its own way. There is a strangely bad smell when entering the main staircase, but then you get used to it. The rooms are cheaply furnished, and with cheap floors. The bathrooms have old ceramic tiles, but have everything you need. The breakfast is OK and...

The hotel is in the middle of town - room view on the church possible. But then WLAN does not work, it only works in the rooms behind the reception. Rooms are very old and need to be refurbished, but spacious. Breakfast is ok but not more. Service not exactly good.

Good option to consider. Prices are fine. Clean; good service. Private parking could be improved. Breakfast is okey. They have 4-bed rooms which is good if you travel with friends. Hotel is located right in front of the central square of Punta Arenas and the restaurants are 7 minutes walking distance. Watch out when you come back late because the...

This is a lovely old hotel still with original wood everywhere. It is located on one corner of the main Plaza and is in a central position. I stayed here on two different nights and the rooms were totally different. The first night I stayed I was given a large twin room at the back of the hotel which was...

This hotel is in need of renovation. But rooms were clean and very large. Bathrooms clean and adequate. My bed was too soft for my liking, but my friend said hers was fine. Had to ask a fellow traveler to carry my bag up the entrance stairs to the front desk as there's no elevator. Front desk staff was very...

The hotel is set in a beautiful old colonial building right next to the main Plaza. I only stayed one night, my room and bathroom were very large and clean. The room was at the front and was a little noisy at night. The location is really good for visiting museums and the cemetery which is very beautiful. The lobby is...

Very central location right on the main plaza, a welcome indulgence @ US$100/night during a prolonged spell of wet weather. Decidedly old-fashioned but very comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was well above the average Chilean standard. Had to go downstairs to the spacious lobby to use wifi effectively.
