Was spending some time in Shenzhen and stayed at a suite in this hotel. Overall the experience was good. The pros would include the spacious room, with modern decorations and the awesome bathroom. Loved the tub and the showers. All the room amenities are there as expected. The views are lovely if you like city views especially at night. The... More

It's a tramp! The hotel looks like a good hotel from the outside, and from the pictures (!!!) it's located near the Ritz Carlton and other 5 stars hotels ... but it's actually extremely bad! Very low quality! the rooms are spacious but very dirty and bad maintained. Clients are still allow to smoke everywhere inside the hotel. The staff... More

I recently stayed here for business and was pleasantly surprised. The room was ultra-modern in appearance and function. I had a room with both a bath and a tub, and all the lights switched on/off with the touch of a button by the night side table. I loved the hallways by the elevators as they look like bookshelves, so it... More

Our second stay at the property, this time in their serviced apartment which included a 2 element stove, clothes washer and dryer combo, and microwave. The living room has a sofa, TV, and coffee table. The kitchen and dining area has a large table for 4. The Separated bedroom ensuite with TV offers privacy from guests. A chair in the... More

Location: You can't miss it. It's beside the Convention Center. Transportation: We took a metro and walked quite far to reach here. But everything is huge and far like LA. Food: There's a mall nearby and the famous Hai Di Lao is there. Surrounding: Modern and full of malls. Also there's a bunch of banks downstairs to exchange RMB. Smell:... More

Be warned that if you want lunch, don't know yet about dinner, on the weekends you'd better make a reservation. Dining room totally sold out with people from outside the hotel. No provisions made for hotel guests who want a meal. Fortunately the In Town Center next door next door has a lot of restaurants.

First off, if you're a westerner expecting western service, you may be disappointed. It's a Chinese hotel, staff is Chinese and its a Chinese service level which to some westerners is too impersonal. However, they do get the job done. Service at the breakfast buffet comes with both western and Chinese choices. The food is adequate, not great, and getting... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a business trip. I've been here many times. The hotel facilities (rooms, gym, restaurant etc) are nice but the service is terrible. You can count the people who speak English on just one hand. My room was terribly cold. I set the temperature at 29 celcius but with no effect. I... More

This hotel is well located and nicely decorated but the management is shabby at best. Check-in and check-out took far too long, the staff was not professional and the breakfast looked like a school canteen, with tons of starving people raiding the plates and the staff not replacing them (see pictures). The room was freezing cold (colder than outside!). I... More

Stayed here on business trip. The room was freezing cold and it took 5 phone calls to have a noisy and poorly working heater in my room. I ordered room service and it took another 4 phone calls and about 90 minutes to have a cold chicken in garlic sauce. The staff can barely speak English and when I complained... More
