I loved this hotel. Great rooms at a great price. The rooms had ashtrays so people obviously smoke in the room but that said it wasn't obvious (until you turn the air con off). Spotlessly clean. The bathroom was great and I loved the shower. Great desk. Wifi was a little slow but workable. Bit soulless in the public areas.... More

Good location next to HNA building, hotel is an upscale Chinese hotel. English is not spoken in the hotel just like it is not spoken in the whole province. Rest of China is no better either. So have a good translation app with you. Room was clean well appointed. Restaurant seemed expensive. Local pool seemed to be visited by Chinese... More

Invited to attend a conference, spacious and great lobby. Guest rooms are spacious and seem renovated and well maintained. Shower is big but without bath tap. I love the balcony and possibility to open the door for fresh air, as the room was stuffy. The pool is big but lockers are tiny and not cleaned. You need a swim cap... More

Beautiful rooms and baths, WiFi, TV and nice touches like slippers and room darkening shades. Restaurants have no one who speaks English, tend to use the same dishes for any meals. Beware of massive construction activity around the hotel = noise! Starbucks across the street!

I wasn't expecting much as I hadn't been there before. Its a large hotel easily 4* Good sized rooms (over 100 sq meters) with all ensuite facilities, cable TV (including CNN, BBC world etc) Buffett breakfast was comprehensive and varied in cuisine (bacon and scrambled eggs or smoked salmon) but with the local Asian food as the main choice. English... More

The hotel is marketed as a five star hotel, however there are too many minor problems with the hotel to give it a 5 star review. Overall rooms were nice and well appointed, staff was friendly, and a huge pool. However, the gym was very small for the size of the hotel, while the staff was friendly a large language... More

This is a convenient hotel for a business trip. The hotel has nice and comfortable rooms, a good swimming pool and a gym center. It has different restaurants with good food, but the price is expensive.

I came as a paid reviewer on a Secret Inspection for a Chinese travel magazine. I'm glad I wasn't spending my own money since the level at which this hotel did not perform would have had me quite angry. Most of the drinks and many of the dishes at the restaurants are unavailable. What we did order, I cannot even... More

Hotel is loo level ( 5 stars)but it could be enough for short stay. The major problem is that personal is not speaking any other language than Chinese. Order food on the different restaurant is time and effort consuming for no result!! We have tried 2 times ,in evening, the pool restaurant, without success!! no shop in the lobby to buy... More
