The location is great, at the center of activities in Sanya and across the street from the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean. The bed is basically a box spring with a thin layer of cushioning, too hard for American standard. We (5 of us) arrived around 8:30 pm. The restaurant was closing its buffet...

The hotel felt very Chinese but I found that very charming. It's close to Sanya Bay, offers an excellent view on Phoenix island and is located close to a local supermarket and some good local bbq restaurants. The interior reminds of the late 80s/ early 90s, so did the gym and the pool, but the price for a room is...

This clean hotel with large rooms is a great place to stay at in Sanya if you don't want to spend too much money on your accommodation. Value for money is absolutely great! The location is fine, it's about half an hour by cab to go to the beautiful Ya Long Bay and this will cost you only 55-60¥. Furthermore...

Arriving at the airport being confronted with an argument bewteen several police officer who did not manage to solve a single taxi drivers problem was a sort of unfamiliar experience. The driver shouted at them...

The hotel is right next to the beach square in sanya. On weekends it is extremely noisy well into the night.. The windows are not double-paned, so the room is not sound-proof at all. No-smoking rule is not reinforced at all, like most hotels in China. The decor of the hotel is dated and worn out.

Overall the stay was fine. Hotel pool is pretty small and food available near the pool is overpriced and tasteless. It's conveniently located next to a supermarket And rooms are spacious. You can get a room upgrade if not booking through a travel agent. If it's through the agent they already included the upgrade in the price

My family and I booked a tour through Nan Hu Holiday expecting to stay at 4-5 star hotels for the three nights of our tour but the hotels that had been pre-arranged were way below our standards. After two nights of crappy hotel rooms with problems in the bathroom, air conditioning, cleanliness, and plain presentation of the rooms, my family...
