This was our 3rd hotel on our trip with Sinorama and we could not complain at all, we did not really do anything but sleep and have a great breakfast, so I cannot comment on the location but wouldn't have a problem staying there again.

I was looking forward to my visit at this hotel in Wuhan since I am a Platinum member and reading the description and knowing where the hotel is located I felt it was a good bet for my business trip to Wuhan. 1st, I was NOT recognized as a Platinum member and not offered an upgrade until I asked if...

The hotel room was nice, good beds, but had difficulty sleeping as very warm in our room and could not get the thermostat to cool the room. As soon as we got out of the elevator on our floor, you could feel the heat and that the extended into our room. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was good....

We spent three wonderful nights at The Renaissance in Wuhan. The hotel is beautiful with a lovely lobby and very fast elevators. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was well-appointed, very spacious and had nice views. The “Navigator” team (concierge) at The Renaissance is very helpful. When we arrived, we opted to check-in at the Executive Club. One...

The service is without question the best part of the hotel. The breakfast buffet food selection is pretty good as well. The main issue is the hotel rooms are old and shabby with out dated electrical outlets and furniture. The good news is the hotel is undergoing a face lift. Hopefully it will be complete soon.

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. Very nice hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I booked two rooms. My wife and son joined me later to stay in the 2nd room. I requested to have two rooms close to one another and the hotel staff upgraded my son's room to a room on the Executive floor. The hotel...

I like this property very much, no matter its services, comfortable room, as well as very tasty buffet breakfast. It's bedding is as good as usual. However, hotel needs to do some renovate. The furniture is old, and the coating of paint was pilling off. This is not Renaissance standard.

Stayed here as part of a tour, so we didn't choose this hotel. However, that doesn't matter, it was a great hotel. The rooms were huge, and I mean huge. I've only every stayed in 3 bedroom serviced apartments larger than this. From the moment we walked in, tired and irritable from our long flight and bus trip we were...
