This is a relatively new 5 star hotel, our twin share room was overlooking the vehicle entrance towards the mountains, lovely view from our balcony. The room was a great size, every comfort catered for and the bathroom...well ...just wanted to take it home. Staff were efficient and friendly, not a lot of English, but they try hard...Breakfast catered for... More

This rather large hotel resort and conference centre was our 3rd stop on our Nexus Tour. This was really 5 star. In a new looking area, a base town/city for Jack Ma (of Ali baba internet fame) this resort appeared to have our 2 groups of 90 people and very few others. Everything was new, large and very pleasant. Massages... More

Qingshan Hotel Suzhou 26 Jul 16 - By far the best hotel we stayed at during our Nexus Tour. It is very new and has all the mod cons. The room was large with a bath and shower. Some of our group stayed in the Villas and said they were fantastic. The restaurants are very nice, unfortunately we got to... More

This hotel is grand! The rooms are clean and full of the latest gadgets. It isn't near anything but I enjoyed the serenity as I am halfway through an 17 day tour of China. There is a magnificent swimming pool. It has a movie channel. I enjoyed sitting watching the lights turn on from the balcony. There are 4 buildings... More

This hotel was very good , the staff tops , but in the middle of a commercial area, they had a long golf cart to take quests to Companies. The hotel was definitely not a tourist type being in the middle of nowhere , so TV or ? .

We stayed in this hotel as part of our Nexus tour and loved it. The room was very big, spotless, fairly new and modern. The bathroom was lovely. The hotel is in a very beautiful surrounding. The breakfast was fabulous with Western and Asian choices and a chef which prepares eggs for you at your liking. Definitely a 5 star... More

This hotel is worth a stay, if you are in the Wuxi/Suzhou region. It has been beautifully architectured in the landscape around a hill and has different buildings which are modern and stylish but still elegant and ins of classical. The rooms are nice and functional. The WLAN is bad quality as almost anywhere in China. They have gym and... More

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Jason in the Western Restaurant was always particularly helpful in assisting us. His English skills helped us plan business trips. The older section of the Hotel is lovely and has beautiful views of the buildings which are lit up at night

Superb hotel. Staff are excellent. Rooms are very big and since the hotel was only built a couple of years ago, they are also very modern. The hotel has two restaraunts - one western and one Chinese. Tried both - much prefer the Chinese one. One thing to note - very good if you are there for business. It's about... More
