Hotel is welcoming , with staff speaking good English, but everything is really in need of better maintenance or refurbishing. Excellent location, close to railway and bus station will allow you quick access to the transportation centres, while the shopping centres surrounding the area will be a real delight for the shopaholics! One of the best buffet breakfasts I've seen...

Spent a wonderful "stay-cation" at the Wuxi International Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The highlight of my stay was the dinner buffet on Sunday. There was a wide selection of food, and even some that fit my western palate! Nice place to spend a day getting away, or while on business!

Ths hotel has a very central location near the train station, the metro, and the centre of town, the staff are competent and can speak functional English, and it is great value. Our room on the 22nd floor was clean and and comfortable. The only thing missing was some English TV channels. We stayed over golden week so the hotel...

There's not a lot around the hotel but the rooms and service are big draws to stay in this hotel. The breakfast is fantastic as it is a huge spread and of pretty good quality. We got up early just so we could enjoy the breakfast leisurely. Pool is indoors making it suitable for all weather. Staff were really friendly...

Stayed at this hotel for three (3) nights in a room on Floor 16. The lobby area was nice and gave an impression which was not met upon entering my room. Leaving the elevator on Lvl 16 one is met with very dingy carpeting and it doesn't get any better in the room. The room I was assigned whilst spacious...

Rated as a 4 star, but actually more of a 3 star standard. Room rates were listed at 800RMB/night, but I'm sure you don't actually pay that much. We were part of a tour group, so actual price is unknown. The hotel lobby, entrance and location are all acceptable, but like many tourist class hotels in china, the rooms are...

Went for a business trip. Its in the heart of the city with all amenities, markets, malls, etc just around the corner. The approach of the hotel is pretty small which can make you miss if not known. Once you enter, its entrance is pretty grand but rest everything is pretty average. The staff is not quite helpful which is...

The hotel facilities are pretty old, the elevator takes ages, but rooms were clean. The mini bar was empty and due to the location in the city center it was a bit noisy. But only 5min to walk from the train station and in the city center. Overall nothing special, but comfortable stay.
