We stayed for 2 nights and attended a wedding there. The room is very nice and clean. We like the breakfast buffet style too, a good mixture of Chinese and western food. I'd like to see more reinforcement of nonsmoking inside the hotel rooms and lobby. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I have stayed here a few times now. For my needs, it's in a good location. There is a shopping mall across the street, the American Consulate is a 15 minute walk away, and Sichuan University is a 15 minute walk. For some reason taxis are not familiar with this hotel, so I'd recommend getting the name written in Chinese...

We stayed at this Hotel for almost four weeks. The staff never asked us if there was anything that we needed. They were not friendly. Upon interning our room we saw a basket of adult toys! Could not put it away without being charged for it! They had a morning buffet that we tried two times. Still no help! The...

The rooms are good for a 4star hotel and the hotel is nice and well located. But the staff doesn´t speak anything of english and so it is very difficult to communicate with them. They don´t have western breakfast. The worst is that you can hear in the room the sound of the traffic outside.

My room was spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean - furthermore, the servicing of the room was excellent. The restaurant is the problem here .... despite the hotel guidebook being dual language, the menu is Chinese only and nobody speaks any English at all, so it is impossible to find out what you are going to eat [and the accompanying...

Location: easy to find, many taxi drivers may not know where it is. Please just tell him that it's on KeHua Zhong Lu (Ke Wa Chong Road/科華中路); Building: It's a hotel and commercial business mixed building, if you are a punctual person, please do anything in advance. Because the lift system is so NOT smart and very small. The reception...

Was booked here by local staff as other hotels in Chengdu were booked for an event. I only spent a night following a late arrival, so didn't get an expanded feel for the place. The room was very nice and comfortable, but oddly enough, even though the hotel is less than a year old, saw lots of places where the...
