A little aged and service is just okay. Breakfast is not great but still better then most hotelsin China i have stayed in. Situated in the city of Urumqi but rooms can be a little noisy and carpets can be stained.Try asking for a non smoking room if possible as the tobacco smell can be pretty overpowering is the earlier...

This hotel is located in the city centre of Urumqi. That said, the place is not noisy and the room fairly quiet at night. The standard room is spacious (about 300 sq feet), clean and tidy, though the furniture inside looks a bit old. Free wifi is available, but it is of limited use as you would not be able...

The Hotel used to be one of the better hotels in Urumqi but now it's not only getting aged but also getting neglected service-wise. Quality of the hotel staff seemed to have dropped a few notches that receptionists don't speak much English and engineers don't know how to switch off lights in the conference hall.

I stayed there for one night as part of an organized group. (Tripadvisor should add that category) – If I had been a private traveler I would not choose this hotel. The good things I can say about the hotel – Location, just looking over the "peoples square" so if you want to join the local people exercising and dancing...

The carpeting in our room was nasty with huge stains everywhere. The bathroom needs serious renovations. The buffet breakfast was packed and guests have to practically fight each other for tables. There seriously needs to be a system implemented for staff to allocate the tables.

This is a decent hotel right at the city square where people meet in the morning for tai chi, dance and badminton. During the day, the kite runners were out. Well, they did not run, but they were flying kites. Our room was spacious and clean. The carpet could have been better with less spots, but we were provided with...

This hotel was recently renovated. The reception staff speaks minimal English. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. We had problems trying to set the air conditioning, and asked the housekeeper who replied to our pantomimes, "Open Window." It seems the hotel's heating system was still on, set at 28C. We followed her advice, and the room cooled off well after...

This hotel was the last of my trip through Western China and it was a comfortable bed but the A/C wasn't on because it wasn't "summer" yet. You will encounter this phenomenon throughout China. Luckily the window opened and it wasn't too too hot but A/C would have been nice. The breakfast was fair and they even had bacon and...

The room was spacious and well kept. Heater was working, keeping us warm without needing the blanket for a good night rest. The staff even served complimentary warm milk to us upon our return from shopping! Breakfast was good, with a good mix of western, muslim and chinese fare. Too bad they did not have scrambled egg.

Stayed there in november for 4 nights futing a business trip. Hotel and services are eccellent. Very good food. Only internet connection sometime has some problems. Rooms are ok, clean and well equipped. Spa centre is ok too, even if not so new. Staff is friendly and efficient. Anyway a good choice, for business or tourist passengers.
