Literally the only good thing about this dump is that there's hot water. Otherwise, run from this place. The room might as well be the Flinestones room. The thin dirty mattress lays on a stone slab. Prison beds are probably more comfortable than these. The blankets they provide are dirty and are table clothes pretty much. The curtains had holes....

The rooms were dirty, the AC did not work, we found worms in the food. They charge us for things we have not requested. The bathrooms were extremely small, to close de door you need to snug between the toilet and the shower. We have pay for rooms with sea view and the windows did look to the sea, but...

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! The concierge were not very pleasant. The rooms looked run down, missing shower head, no door in the bathroom, missing light bulbs, broken light fixtures, broken tiles on floor, holes in ceiling (including in shower), sliding balcony door did not close or lock, torn curtains, busted ac unit, broken light switch, dirty disgusting refrigerator. Great building and location. Bad service. Terrible food. We went as a family to this hotel and we have an experience with different perspectives. The location is very safe and wonderful to have a good experience in this beautiful city. We walked every day to the old city. There is a great commercial center, a supermarket and a commercial avenue...

You are on your own, no guidance or help from staff. This hotel needs a lot of repairs and cosmetic work. Rooms are very tiny. Food was ok but almost the same thing everyday. The pool is on the 20th floor very small and closes at 7p. No beach. Location is great. wifi only in one spot in the lobby....

This has been the worst hotel I have stayed in Colombia. I traveled for a month around Colombia and stayed in at different hostels in different cities. I decided to stay at an "ok" hotel for the last 2 nights of my trip and wished I had stayed at another hostel instead. Room were very filthy! First room I was...

Esthetically the hotel is less pleasing to the eye than the pictures posted but we had a nice view of the naval base from our room and the roof top view of both the ocean and bay was beautiful. A big plus was having breakfast, lunch and dinner included with our stay which saved us money. Staff was very friendly...

Switched to this hotel after spending 1 sleepless night in another hotel with no air conditioning...unless you're from a very humid climate, AC is necessary in Cartagena. The price was right as Cartagena can be a sticker shock when coming from other Colombian cities and their prices. I was still overspending my lodging budget, but I had to do something!...
